We had a large area in our home professionally cleaned by Marty at A+ and I HIGHLY recommend him! He is extremely professional, was on-time and did a great job. We had guests create a large stain on our carpet, but he was able to get it out and it looked like new again. He spent a LOT more time working on our carpet as opposed to the "big chain" carpet cleaners we had last, which really made a difference. Pricing was very competitive, too! I like to support local businesses and will DEFINITELY use him in the future!

"A+"? Try more like "C-". From the moment they pull in your driveway, you'll wonder from their rusted out van, "If they can't maintain their vehicle, will they really do a decent job helping me maintain my home?" Save yourself- send them home and hire someone else. We hired this company to clean our air ducts. The owner, Marty, seems like a nice enough guy, but niceness doesn't make up for carelessness when you're looking for a job well done.
We purchased our home a few months ago and could tell after a few weeks that we would *have* to get our air ducts cleaned. The woman who owned the house has painted over all of the return vents, so in attempt to save money we removed the majority of them. The 3 that we did not remove, this company missed. After having to get my husband on the phone with them to get them back the same week versus the following week, removing the 3 vents & their return to clean them, we started putting our new vents back on.
It was then that we noticed at least one return vent was completely missed (even after their second return). When I texted photos of the uncleaned vent, I didn't even get a response. Thoroughness and double checking their work was apparently not important to them. Floor vents throughout the home were not put back on properly. (We still have to get down and fix a couple due to tabs not being tucked in on both sides ) When they cleaned off the vents themselves, they just took an air compressor and blew them off INTO THE AIR IN THE HOUSE.
No vacuum to catch the dust/hair, didn't step outside or open a window to blow them off or anything. Just straight into the air onto the dining room table. Dust bunnies are EVERYWHERE around our house along with increased filth due to them not vacuuming up after themselves on the hardwood floors. Furthermore, if you have children under 3, DO NOT HIRE THEM.
We found over 10 screws out on the floor and window sills after they left where my 15 month old daughter could absolutely reach even AFTER I had found some on the floor while they were working and asked them to be sure to pick them up due to being a choking hazard. (Editing a couple days later to add that we just found a loose screw on the floor that was not put back on a floor vent IN OUR DAUGHTER'S NURSERY.) They also consistently left the gate at the base of the stairs to the upstairs open, as well as left the door at the top of the basement stairs open at least 3 times after they had to remove the baby gate for their equipment to fit through.
I was legitimately wondering, "If my daughter falls down those basement stairs, how would I have to go about filing a suit?" I reminded them multiple times to please keep the stairs closed off due to how bad our basement stairs are, but nevertheless found myself running after our daughter onto that landing more than once. The disregard for basic child safety was horrendous. Overall, I would without a doubt say go with someone else.
Maybe they're better at carpet cleaning, I don't know, but I personally wouldn't even take my chances. We never received a receipt for payment/for our records even after requesting one, and his promised "before and after" photos weren't with a snake camera like they should've been for that type of work- they were on his phone camera. I have serious doubts as to how well our system was cleaned, but $750 later we aren't allocating more in the budget for someone else to check. Just don't waste your time, money and energy. Not worth it.

Marty and Ken were a pleasure to work with! They arrived right when they said they would, had no problems answering any of my questions, and were very professional throughout the entire process. You can tell that they took pride in the work they do, which showed in how thorough and detailed of a job that was done. We would gladly use A+ Carpet Cleaning again in the future!

I'll be honest before I used this company a couple weeks ago I've never heard of them it's kind of a long story how I ended up booking them to come and clean my furniture in the living room but I have to say I'm very pleased they did a great job they really paid attention to the details getting in all the corners. From my understanding it's a family owned business local to right here in Kalamazoo. The owner himself is someone who actually cleaned my couch and he was really nice I would use him in the future without hesitation.

Really solid company. Communication prior and onsite explaining things in detail is just amazing. Really friendly team as well! But now let's talk about the carpet cleaning. They do not rush through it. They are very detailed and make sure they provide the best carpet cleaning around and I have used several companies in the past and they speed through and miss a few things.
This company does not and goes above and beyond to make sure you are fully satisfied and have amazing looking carpets again. Thank you for your amazing work guys on our rental properties. On speed dial for future cleaning opportunities.
