I Can't recommend Air Duct Brothers enough! I was so impressed with their attention to detail and how hard they worked to make sure every square inch was cleaned and sanitized. When they showed me how much dirt they removed I was floored. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they go above and beyond to make sure the job is done to perfection. 5 stars all the way!

I called not sure if they could travel to my house from their location and was very surprised that they could. I live in a development that requires us to get a dryer vent cleaning and I was never happy with the contractors they recommended. Not only were they prompt, but the technician, Andrew took the time to explain to us that there were problems with the prior cleanings.

The duct was blocked at the exit from our house. He was up on the roof inspecting it. This is something that prior vent cleaners never did. Great Service! Great work by Andrew. Would recommend them every time! Keep up the great work

We purchased our home and realized my wife was having constant asthma attacks and we did some research and found out the vents could be the issue. We looked on yelp and the first reply was from "Air duct brothers" they explained how, when and what can be done. And they came and executed! We found out our 22yr old house never had the venta cleaned!

This was the first cleaning! And this company really blew it out of the park! With customer service, timelines and execution! Our before and after pics were insane! Like night and day!

I would hire this company in an instant! I Google searched for a duct cleaner in my area and Air Duct Brothers came up as one in the results. They had the most reviews at 186 and they had an overall rating of 5 out of 5. I called them immediately. David was exceptional! To my regret my Google search did not search in my area and Air Duct Cleaners are located two hours south of where I live; too far for them to travel. BUT, David still took the time to ask about my system, asked me to send photos of my vents and burner, and he explained the process and the important things to consider when hiring a company.

He stayed in contact with me to be sure I had the correct filter and how I could install it myself. He did all this out of the goodness in his soul. I've never had this experience. He did not charge me for his time. He said, "I just want to help you". David was my angel yesterday. He is above all others and I am very grateful. As a widow being married to my husband for 30 years, who never asked for my involvement in duct cleaning, I had no experience going into the conversation with David.

They were professional. I called to make an appointment. Andrew told us when to expect them. He texted me 15 minutes before our appointment to notify us they were on the way. They cleaned all our vents without an issue and we are satisfied.

I have a lot of contractors in my aging victorian, and Air Duct Brothers are definitely top of my list in terms of friendliness, service, professionalism and quality of work. They scheduled me right away, and when I had a family emergency moved my appointment with no problem or charge. Showed up on time, clearly did a ton of work. They explained all the prices, so there were no surprises, and left the house as clean as it was when they arrived. 10/10 would use these guys again, and would recommend to friends/family.

I just had all my vents and ducts cleaned by Air Duct Brothers and I have to say I was very impressed! They came to our house about 10 minutes early and were happy to wait outside while I got ready for them. I then walked with them through the entire house, looking at my furnace, air conditioning unit, all the vents, and our dryer, all the while explaining what they were going to do exactly and what additional costs / options they can provide.

Once we agreed on everything (I asked to to have the dryer duct cleaned and spray sanitizer through all the ducts as well) they started up and were all done within the time time he said it would take. He walked the house again with me, ensuring everything was in order and working well, went through before and after pictures of the ducts that they cleaned, and offered tips for how often the cleaning should be done (clean your dryer duct at least once a year, never knew this was one of the leading causes of house fires!).

Very professional, one of the owners of the company actually coming and doing the work, not some random person booking the business and hiring other contractors to do the actual work so he/she can just collect a commission. I definitely will use Air Duct Brothers again!

Andrew and David worked on a damaged dryer vent as well as checked the vents at my request to see if we shared the air with a neighbor. They were organized, professional, thorough and conscientious! They even showed me photos of the most pertinent issues we couldn't see. 5 stars out of 5!

All of the great reviews about the Air Duct Brothers were what drew me in to contact them and from the moment of first contact, I was so happy I did! David was very quick to answer my call, give me an accurate quote and schedule us for an air duct cleaning of our 2800 sq ft home. He was courteous, clear, polite, and extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. David arrived on time on the schedule day of the cleaning, and was in and out within 1.5 hours doing a very clean, professional, and thorough job.

He went above and beyond to make sure everything was left just as he found it and even offered us some extra services. He was very friendly with our little dog as well, and extremely nice to work with. Just got dryer vent cleaning done. It's about 30 ft routing, but there was a kink that the snake couldn't get through from the outside. Technician diagnosed issue and smoothly solved the problem. The crew was polite and clear with explanations. I was impressed that the crew wiped the compressor hose as they routed it into the house. This extra gesture kept our house clean.

Appointment set up was extremely convenient via email. The business feels honest and courteous. To top it off, their service rates are one of the most competitive in the area. Won't hesitate to recommend to family and friends and will be calling on them again for the same service in 2 years.
