Don't waste your time with this company! When Atlas arrived he first drove through our yard. Shows up with no help to help him bring in the hose in gently. and when bringing in his equipment he was careless even took a small chunck of wood off our new trim (we just installed) to our back door (we found it after he left) then banging the hose on our walls and up the stair walls then after all that his machine wasn't staying running and had to borrow tools to fix it then while fixing it he leaves our door open letting all the warm out!

Machine breaks again and again then leaves to go fix it comes back tries again then the machine breaks again. By this time we had enough! Told the guy to leave! Definitely careless company! So sadly we never got our carpet cleaned!

I used Atlas cleaning services and I was very impressed with their service. I used Stanly Steamer in the past and they were twice the price and half the value. The gentleman arrived right on time, he was professional, and did a great job cleaning my carpets, area rug and furniture. He spent extra time working on a few difficult stains and now my carpet and 8 year old sofa looks like new. I will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors.

Recently had 3 rooms of carpet cleaned using Atlas. Bruce was the associate who came out to do the cleaning. We couldn't be more pleased that we chose Atlas. I needed a carpet cleaner to come out on short notice. After calling several companies in Genesee Co. I located Atlas Carpet Cleaning. I spoke to Dennis in the office. They were able to come out that same day. It is great to have a company with longer hours. Bruce came on time which I like very much. He cleaned 2 rooms and a hallway. Bruce worked very hard and stuck right with it. The stains by my recliner are gone. I would highly recommend this company. The price was very reasonable.
