Luis and Umi did a really awesome job cleaning the carpets in our home. They were both great to work with and very accommodating to meet our needs. They were professional, thoughtful about protecting our property from any damage from the cleaning gear and did a nice job cleaning up after the work was done. I thought Luis's price was fair for the excellent work they did. See you next cleaning season my friends!

I've called around and got the most expensive prices but they were super reasonable and even gave me great advice as far as what exactly to be cleaned for our move out. Living in Los Alamos and had an emergency and called and these guys. They were here within 4 hours only because they was already on a job. I couldn't have been more satisfied then I am. I would recommend this company for any cleaning that you are in need of. The price was right in my price range as well. They rolled up to my neighbors house and I just happened to be in need of carpet cleaning, so I asked for a quote. He came right over to take look at the job and quoted a VERY reasonable price. He told me they could do it right after they were done with my neighbors house! And offered to help move things since I wasn't exactly prepared for such quick service. Ultimately, they did a Fantastic job! Did an extra deodorizing for the pets. I couldn't been happier! Highly recommend this company!

If you look on Yelp and Google Placez, Castillo's capet cleaning is posting fake reviews on themselves by making up fake customers with fake stories to drum up themselves business. They give discounts if they tell customers to post 5 star reviews for them. Its ashame and its a rotten way to do business by piating these fake reviews on people.
