I booked Dallas Maids to clean the apartment my mother moved from and when we came to turn in keys and double check that nothing was left accidentally, it was like I was walking into a different apartment. I live outside the area but if I lived in Dallas I would use their services regularly.

The two ladies that came to clean my apartment were very professional and did a great job. Detail cleaned my whole apartment. I would like to request them again to come clean my apartment. I strongly recommend Dallas Maids.

I have used Dallas Maids for years. Sometimes just the thought of cleaning baseboards, the oven, blinds, the tubs, just makes me feel more worn out than doing it. I have a family and work 43+ hours a week. They are affordable and thorough and it's wonderful to come home to a clean home! Dallas Maids pampers me better than any spa day!

We live in Garland and needed some help. I shopped for a reliable service. When I read Jana's review and the press in DALLAS Magazine I thought we'd try them once to tackle some of the tough jobs. They did an outstanding job. Our home has never been so clean.

I used to own a business. I know when I read company reviews that are 5-STARS and glowing, and then I read a couple bad reviews that are just too negative to be real the truth is obvious.

Competitors write BAD reviews when they can't compete in the marketplace. I had that happen in my business. I PROMISE you I am not affiliate with Dallas Maids except as a customer. These guys did a marvelous jog. My house sparkles. GIVE THEM A TRY and follow the only opinion that matters ... YOURS!

I wouldn't let anyone else clean our house. Try them!

These guys did a great job on my house. I called them to do a one-time clean before I had an open house. They came when they said they would, were professional, and did a very thorough job. I have hired maid services in the past and have always felt a little disappointed. Either they didn't get to everything they said they would or things were done so rapidly that nothing was done well. Dallas Maids was a little pricey, but it was worth it. I am planning to set them up every two weeks until my house sells. It's so nice to come home to a clean house!

I had given up on cleaning services because they left me disappointed. I found myself in a bind and needed cleaning before we had weekend guests. The ladies from Dallas Maids showed up on time and systematically cleaned my home from top to bottom. I added for deep cleaning and I am so happy I did. My house sparkles. Every surface was touched. They did such a great job I honestly can't say enough good things. Both ladies were nice and extremely professional. I now feel comfortable that when I need cleaning services I have a company I can count on!

Loved that they were done in an hour! Only negative I have, was them rearranging our entire home. I'll try out other companies, and be back if I can't find someone better. These people definitely know how to clean!

I hired Dallas Maids after receiving an email promotion for 50% off. The only "catch" was that it was only good for two specific days, the team that would come out was new, and I would need to give them my feedback. Fine with me -- I had a baby just a few months ago and I've been pretty good at "maintaining" (i.e., doing dishes and picking up the big messes) but needed a little bit of help with the deep cleaning.

I went online to book and received an estimate. I was then emailed and notified that there would be an additional charge since I live on the outskirts of their service area. That was a little frustrating since I didn't see anything mentioned on the website about an additional charge based on location (just to call if you're outside Dallas so they can work out "logistics issues"), but whatever.

The quality of the work was pretty good -- there were little details here and there that were missed, but since the team was new and I got such a great rate I was definitely willing to overlook it. All in all, I was really pretty satisfied and kept walking through the house chattering about how happy I was for it to finally be clean again. I'll definitely consider signing up during the promotions again.
