Carpet looks 10 years younger! All the spots from our kids and animals are gone and fruit punch red stains were removed I NEVER thought could be removed! Bill also steam cleaned our area rug and upholstered headboard. Such an amazing job and will hire again. Services: Clean upholstery, Clean carpet, Clean area rugs

My carpet is over 20 years old. In that time I have never had it cleaned professionally. In the past I have used the Rug Doctor machine to clean it myself. It has always been a messy job with a lot of work. Bill came in and explained his cleaning process. In the end, he did an outstanding cleaning job! In fact, those high traffic areas that were stained came back to life after his cleaning. The matted down carpet became revitalized and looked a lot newer. Bill was very thorough in his cleaning process and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Outstanding! 5 stars!

Bill did an excellent job when cleaning my couch. He was professional, punctual, and friendly. The couch looks amazing. He was also clear about the fact that he will not upcharge people. He charged me the quoted price and not a dime more. I have used other companies that have quoted me one price and charged 4 times more once they arrived. I would highly recommend this company.

Bill did a great job at getting the smell out of my one person chair that had some soiling on it from my naughty cats, not only was he friendly, but he communicated with me everything from the first phone call to him heading over to my place. He also showed me and explained what he was putting into the furniture to get the smell out. Well priced, super reliable, highly recommend!

He was efficient and a pleasure to chat with while the cleaning was done. I will most definitely use this company and there services again! Bill is as good as they come. He was very professional, responsive, on time and knows what he's doing! We called Bill to deep clean our sofa and it's good as new new now! I highly recommend calling Dr Steam and Carpet especially if your on the fence of buying new carpet or furniture.
