We just moved in to a house we are renting with a little one on the way and our landlords told us the carpets were cleaned already, but there was no way they were. We decided to get them cleaned just to be on the safe side and let me just say he did an incredible job cleaning our carpets! He even got out a red Dr Pepper stain that I accidentally caused because of my baby bump. Very nice and friendly! Would definitely use him again!

!@#$%& RUN WITH YOUR MONEY DO NOT USE THEM!@#$%& So paid for my rug to picked up and cleaned. Had my rug for 2 weeks and brought it back smelling like it sat in wart for 2 weeks and completely smelled my house up. Was told that they would give us 50% off and clean it again. 2nd time it comes back it is still just as bad and not cleaned. Was told that my rug needed to have a match set to it and burned and laughed at when my wife called them to confront them about the issue.
Very unprofessional company and had my rug for over a month with poor quality of service and no communication until I had to call and find out what was going on with my rug.!SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Do not hire this company. They were hired to clean the house i had just purchased. I am not sure what they did at my house all day, but it was not clean. And to make matters worse, they STOLE a box that was delivered to my house. Only after inquiring about what happened to my box, was it returned to me - opened! These are just a few pictures. Not a single room or area was cleaned.
In response to the owners comment: I'll give you that, I don't know what exactly they paid for, however, I would assume that basic cleaning was requested and that was not done as you can tell from the fridge and the floors. If the box was thrown out, why was it opened? It is a felony to open someone else's mail. And not everything was thrown out either. I found cereal, things in the fridge, brooms, and what not. So no, that box was stolen and whoever took it thought they'd get away with it.

If I could didn't have to give a star I wouldn't.they clean to satisfy the quick look but a 3bd 2ba house for move out they did not clean well what they said not being picky but very dissatisfied and I don't recommend I got a carpet stain out my self with basic Lysol on my hands and knees SAVE YOUR MONEY

I was highly satisfied. I'm from out of town and needed same day service because we were only here for one day to clean my rental. DoneRite came through with same day service. Per my request He was earlier than our appointment, very quick, neat, and professional. He made my carpets look great and the house smelled so much better.

I needed my carpets cleaned. I scheduled using website for next day. He was on time and gave me a price. I live a bit out of the way so next day service is big for me. He removed lots of stains and it only took about an hour for 4 lg rooms. He is very responsive and professional. I would use this service again and recommend. Service: Clean carpet
