Lawrence Rickman - Owner and Chief Cleaning Officer launched dream2clean after 20 years as a corporate executive. Experience rooted in client satisfaction, leadership/leadership development, and attention to detail prepared him for the industry. Ten years as a General Manager, 4 years of Regional Loss Prevention experience, and multiple years in Store Leadership roles provided a thorough knowledge of how to develop talented associates but more importantly how to identify those associates to begin with. After all great employees are what make a company great.
