This is hands down a great experience! I had a washer leak and Mike was there within a short time of being called. He saved me from having to replace my carpet! He came back the next day to retack the carpet and while he was there I was working on getting my washer and dryer reconnected. He noticed me struggling with the dryer vent hose, so he hopped behind my dryer to do it for me!
He also stayed to help me hook all my electronics back up. He went above and beyond his job duties! He also cleans carpets for a fraction of what I paid another company and did a way better job. I'm using him from here on out!

We haven't cleaned the grout since the house was built 8 years ago. The difference is amazing.looks brand-new again. Mike did a great job answering questions and explaining how everything worked.especially to my 2 year old. Very pleasant experience and for that price we intend to do this on a yearly basis now.
