Absolutely LOVE jasons team, they are so preofessinal, work tedious, are very informative and do their jobs well. i was extremely impressed with their services and how they did it in a timely manner. I highly recommend using them, i have used them several times and have referred them to many people. seriously the best in town or surrounding areas, dont call anyone else!

Matt at Extreme Carpet Care showed up promptly on a Sunday morning to clean our carpets in our rental. Matt was very professional and thorough. He took his time to make sure were satisfied. I had my kitchen/ dining room and high traffic areas -which are a light colored tile cleaned. Everything was great! Troy took the time necessary to wait for the cleaner to loosen up the dirt in the grout so my grout is now white again! Very happy with this service!

This was my first time using a professional company to clean my carpet, I usually do it myself. I saw the ad in Ad/Max, with the upfront pricing and thought I'd give them a try. After reading the reviews online I called made a appointment, they came out the very next day. Justin was on time, polite, professional and did a excellent job. I'm impressed and will definitely use them again.

I've used Extreme Carpet Care and Restoration several times. They've always been thorough, timely, and incredibly nice. Everyone from this company who's cleaned our carpets have been dog lovers. Today, Justin cleaned our carpets and I think he did a better than anyone from Extreme or any other local company we've used. Older carpets + 2 kids +4 dogs = he did a fantastic job! We'll be sticking with Extreme Carpet Care and Restoration, and I highly recommend them, especially for homes with pets!

I'm extremely pleased with the services I received from Extreme Carpet. The serviceman, Jarel, was very professional. He arrived ahead of our scheduled appointment time & he stopped to explain what was happening between the treatments. After he finished, he checked to see if I was satisfied with the final product. I also received a follow up call from a company representative to inquire about my level of satisfaction with the work performed in my home. Jarel sent my carpet back in time to resemble the day it was first installed.

Warning! stay away from these freaks! they will damage your rugs by rolling them by the edges and then feed you a line of bull$&@! by telling you that because your rug got wet it was prone to damage anyway. you don't roll a rug at the hem! any so-called professional should know that. they damaged my rug and when i told them about it, it was immediately picked up. i was told the owner was going to fix it. it was an expensive wool roog that has been in my family for years! all he did was superglue it! i could have done that! when i called back livid after it came right back unglued. they attacked me and did not want to pay! i assumed they were treating me that way because of who i was. what else was i supposed to think. they would not have treated some of our more prominent citizens that way. they would have replaced their rug in a heartbeat! just stay away if you cherish your items!

I have used Extreme Carpet Care in the past to clean my carpets, and they have always done a fantastic job. Today, I had them pressure wash my house and driveway, and I couldn't be more pleased. The customer service is amazing - they are prompt, professional, and truly go above and beyond to make a great impression. I highly recommend Extreme Carpet Care!

I recommend highly. Their technician, Ronnie, arrived early and did a superb job in cleaning our carpet. He was professional and moved most all of the furniture needed for a thorough job. You can't go wrong with getting the job done right the first time as they did for me.

I have used Extreme Carpet Care for my rental units for many years and have been very satisfied. Recently I had them out to clean the carpets at my personal house and clean some outdoor furniture and the service tech, Gary did a very thorough and professional job. He was on time, courteous, worked quickly and paid attention to details. I would highly recommend Extreme Carpet Care.

This is a local company that the owner, Jason, has expanded from a small carpet cleaning service to include pressure washing, mold remediation, upholstery cleaning, hurricane damage repair, and the list goes on. I needed the carpets cleaned in 2 bedrooms and thought there might be mold on one carpet where a cardboard box had been. I called them up, and they sent someone out the next morning for a carpet cleaning + moldicide. Robbie showed up early (called first) and had everything wrapped up in about 15 minutes. He was a friendly guy who gave me a brief history of the company as well as carpet care advice when I asked for it. Cost was around $50.

The prices are great! James was my technician and he is awesome. He is the epitome of customer service. He called me before the appointment time because he was ahead of schedule to see if I wanted him to come earlier. We agreed on a time and when I got to the unit he ready to work. James was very pleasant and respectful. The carpet had a red stain and he told me upfront that it would not come out.

Low and behold he was able to get it out. My landlord uses another company to service her units and mentioned removing the carpet after I vacated the premises. She was so impressed with the carpet she plans to keep it. It looked better than when it was installed a year ago. James is the best!

I would recommend these guys to anyone they clean the seats in my charter buses and interiors in my limousines and party buses. For steam cleaning perfection these guys are local and they do a wonderful job I would recommend them to anyone. Mike of Mike's limousine service.

This was my first time using Extreme Carpet Care. I had an appointment scheduled for 0800-1000 this morning and at 10 am received a phone call notifying me that it was still going to be another 20 minutes before the cleaning technician would arrive. It was apparent well before 10 am that the commitment was not going to be met, so why wait until the appointment time had expired to notify me? Furthermore, how on earth is the schedule already so far behind this early in the morning? Anyways, you lost a customer before you even got to my door. Disappointing.

Absolutely the worst carpet cleaners on the face of the planet. They dont use any detergents and just spray water all over your carpets and leave with your hard earned money! Y'all are stealing from the citizens of Tallahassee, and I wouldnt ask y'all to clean my worst enemies carpets. Absolutely horrible! How dare you cheat people! I cant believe you left one of my pregnant residents house to mold and mildew, and harm her unborn childs health!

You are an aweful and discusting business, and I will see to it that you aret regulated, because you are theives and absolute crap! Stealing peoples money by fraud! 10 carpet cleaning and extractions on my property and not one have even been close to sufficient or even decent! Close your doors, and leave the carpet cleaning to professionals!

This was my first time getting my carpet professionally cleaned (required by apt complex at move out) so needless to say I was very nervous about getting my carpet cleaned and what to expect. I called around different carpet cleaning companies in Tallahassee, and Extreme Carpet Care had extremely cheap prices- $55 for a one bedroom apartment, while others were charging $80!

I decided to give them a shot, and I am so impressed and happy i did. Rob and Troy came out to clean my carpet and help me with a bleach stain. They were both very professional, and they genuinely cared about helping me clean and fix my carpet. It really says a lot about a company when the workers genuinely care about their customers, while most companies only care about making a profit.

I will continue to use Extreme Carpet Care in the future. I would without a doubt recommend this company. Not sure why someone only gave Extreme Carpet Care only 1 star, it's very surprising- because they have the best customer service!

Took two trips to do the job. The first time they did not even move a desk chair on wheels to clean. And did no cleaning along the walls edge. The second times the wall was splattered with, what appeared to be, dirty water. But the overall job was better. When we called about the splatter it was inferred that It might have been my helping the carpet cleaning guy to bring the hoses in that did it.

And it was not their problem. I helped him as he was by himself and I did not want paint abraded off the corner beading as he was dragging his convoluted hoses in(it did on the was out). If it were more money involved in the repair /dirt removal I would turn it over to their insurance or mine and let State Farm go after them. They have a TOTAL disregard for other's property and should not be left unsupervised in a home.
