They're very personalized. Hi-Gene's is very personalized. I'm not just another number when I call them. There are cleaning companies all over the place and they just outshine everybody else. Honestly I think what sets them above and beyond everybody else is my rep. She's the best person.

Hi-Gene's overcame a lot of problems we were having with our previous vendor by having a great plan for a takeover of the buildings. They blitzed the buildings and really cleaned in depth with a crew of about 20 to 30 people. They clean for sanitation and for sterilization and not just appearance and that is a unique skill to do that. We've actually had a few other hospitals call us asking for a reference for Hi-Gene Janitorial and I've been very enthusiastic to recommend them.
