I gave them a big job with cleaning the carpets our puppy had spent her first year learning to potty train on. We talked once he was able to evaluate the space and he told me that there was a lot of urine damage and he could give it a shot but we should be aware that replacing the carpets might be the only way to resolve this. I told him to go for it and we would see what to do next.

Somehow the smell was gone and the carpets had no stains left! I was and am so grateful for their sincerity and honesty in this process, and for their quality work. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Jorge and his coworker recently cleaned tile floors in our new rental home. He was able to get us an appointment within a week, explained the process, and provided a fair estimate. The grout and floors were very dirty, and they now look like new! He was on time, completed the work in the amount of time estimated and made sure everything was clean and dry before he left. My wife and I received nothing short of fantastic service from Jorge and his team! We've used them twice now in our home, and will never use anyone else again. Our carpets look brand new, but more importantly was the pleasant interaction we had with them on both occasions. This was the first time having our carpets cleaned with JC carpet cleaning and I am impressed! Jorge was very responsive on the phone as I was scheduling, and he called me the day before to remind me of our appointment. Alex, a member of the team, was the one who came to clean our carpet and he was on time, (which is ALWAYS appreciated!) very informative, patiently answered all of my questions, and did a fantastic job. Great service and the price was right. We had a valuable hand-made Moroccan carpet (yes, we carried it back to the USA from a small cooperative in Marakesh) that our dog soiled when he was very sick. Jorge came the next day with the equipment and did an excellent job of cleaning while protecting our investment. The rug looks as good as new. I highly recommend this company. (This carpet is going on the wall from now on!)

100% recommended! We simply love this service! JC Carpet's team came to our house and achieve what seemed to be impossible. These guys were able to remove a 5 FOOT LONG WAX STAIN from our hallway. Incredibly, they only took 20 minutes to get it done. What an amazing job! Reliable and super professional, they also told us to call them if there was any stain left so they could remove it. FOR FREE! Great job, awesome team, amazing customer service, we can't be happier!

We are so please with JC Carpet Cleaning! Jorge is very professional and does excellent work! Prices were very reasonable. We have 4 dogs and unfortunately, one of them uses an area of the carpet as a "bathroom". Jorge gave us a couple of options as to how we can proceed and a quote. I have used JC Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Cleaning twice now. The first time was to eliminate dog urine from a new puppy we added to our family. A few months later, we got another puppy and I did not hesitate to call Jorge back to clean my carpets again. Jorge and Justin are both so wonderful to work with, and they have restored my carpets to brand new. Yes, they are on the pricey end, but you truly get what you pay for! They use high grade chemicals and do an amazing job! I would highly recommend them.
