Noriko's House Cleaning Colorado Springs, CO
We may not be the fastest cleaners in town, but it takes longer to do the job right and not miss the details (though, we are human!) We invite customer feedback so that we can better serve you. We are not your common house cleaning service! We hope you'll take notice to our friendly staff, and how we take the time to listen to our clients.
Therefore, if you're thinking about inquiring about our services, please plan ahead and call. We usually book our clients two weeks in advance. I started my cleaning business in May of 2007. I wanted to work while my children were in school, and this business was flexible enough so that I was able to help provide for my family as well as being there for my children. I was on a mission to become debt free. Today, my focus is to run this company and see to it that I have staffing that is providing best service available while keeping my clients happy. We are in the people business, so I cannot expect perfection, but we're darn close!

We hired Noriko and her crew to do a move-out clean for us. Our property management company was so impressed with the quality of work performed.

Noriko really trains and supervises her crew. I was worried when her business grew and she couldn't do it all herself anymore, as her level of fantastic ability usually doesn't scale well when a businesses grows. It has been a year now, and I'm amazed by the great job that is done EVERY time. She often shows up after the crew is finished to inspect for herself. She is immaculate, and a very smart businesswoman. She is not the cheapest in town, but very reasonable, and you don't have the problems that typically accompany the 'cheap' cleaners. I have also used a larger corporate cleaning company in town, which was more expensive and less consistent than Noriko's crew.
