I had a pipe freeze and had about two inches of standing water in my bonus room. I called Richard out and removed all the water and padding in a timely matter. His service is first class and was able to get it right away. Thanks again Richard.

Attempted to get an inquiry but didn't even mention getting a quote for free and I got an attitude as if I was asking for free. The individual spoke longer than I did on the phone complaining about free quotes gas money and driving around all day. I was looking for a carpet replacement or repair. I suggest getting a secretary for your company, If you're too busy, or having a hard day don't pick up the phone and go home or you'll lose customers. Five Star Google reviews, how?

Service was fast and my carpets look and feel amazing! The only trace they left was clean carpets; they even had special wall guards to prevent marking the wall with their equipment. Richard was extremely knowledgeable on carpets and cleaning techniques; you can tell he's passionate and enjoys his work.

Rich was great! Very professional and he told me exactly what I was going to pay. Excellent level of communication throughout the whole process - I received emails about the service date and time and text messages letting me know when Rich was on his way and when they were done. My light tan carpets had a few serious stains from kids, black grease from doors, spilled grenadine, and worst of all a yellow-tinted spot from a moss killer spray bottle leak.

He got them all out and they look amazing (as if we never lived there)! Rich showed up exactly on time, even offered to be early, and his team was professional, courteous, kind, fast, and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend these guys. No bull and all clean. Plus, they saved me quite a bit (estimate $5k) on new carpets. You definitely get what you pay for here! Thank you, Rich!

Rich and Mountain View Carpet Care have over 300 5-Star ratings for a reason! We just used MVCC based on overwhelming recommendations from a couple of our neighbors who've used Rich exclusively for years. And, their enthusiastic recommendations were 100% on point! Bottom line, Rich and his son were excellent to work with and did an absolutely amazing job cleaning our carpeting (and one room that even had an entire box of red wine spilled on/in it a year ago). (yes, a "BOX" of red wine). (Don't judge, haha!) They performed thorough prep, pre-treat, rotary cleaning and then rinse. Dirt gone. Stains gone. Red wine. GONE! Our carpets look and feel like new again. I will be recommending Rich and MVCC to everyone I know. and to all of you as well!

My washing machine flooded my carpet and Richard came to the rescue just before closing! He showed honest concern over the phone before even seeing the damage that had been done. He arrived within the hour with all the right equipment and was able to save my brand new carpet. Polite, professional and responsive! Definitely will be my homes go to carpet company!

Highly recommend Rich and son Dakota. My carpet looks new. Rich took time with a black light to show me where the problem spots were. I knew some of them but was enlightened by what the black light showed. He definitely knows what he's doing. They were on time, efficient and cleaned up so I never knew they had been in my house. Will definitely call them for next years cleaning. This is a family owned business and the cleaning they did far outweighs what big company cleaning has done for me in the past.

Richard and his crew were amazingly professional, quick and extremely thorough. I didn't think these carpets could be saved, but now they look fantastic! They sent me notice when they were on their way, even arrived early, and walked me through everything they were going to do and if there was anything special that needed to be done. This is my third experience with Mt View carpet. I would recommend Richard to anybody. His prices are fair, he is prompt and he is very honest. I had red food coloring on my carpet and he told me up front he may not be able to get it out. He did a great job the dye is still there not for lack of trying but richard referred me to another professional to help replace that part of my carpet, saving me money in replacing the whole carpet. Rich is a really nice and professional guy who does amazing work with some really nice cleaning equipment! I just thought my carpet was dirty, but found out my carpet was filthy!
