Great company to work with. Andrew did an amazing job treating my carpets and they came out beautiful. I have an older dog that has been having difficulties and my carpets smelled horrible. Andrew did a great job working with the odor problem and better. Highly recommend this company and will use them again for future cleanings. No surprises as Andrew measured the rooms prior to cleaning and made certain I was fine with the price before he started.

My experience with Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning was amazing! They were very responsive, showed up exactly when they said they were going to, and did a wonderful job! My carpets are old and desperately needed cleaning. They look terrific now. I wish I took before and after pictures, but my family immediately noticed the difference. Pacific Steam Carpet was amazing. They were prompt and professional and were able to clean off dried paint that I had spilled on my carpeted stairway leaving no trace. They also cleaned my entire family room carpeting and it now looks as good as new. Their price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all.
