Perfect Cleaners has been cleaning our home for more than 20 years! This fact alone says it all. JC, the business owner of Perfect cleaners, is great to work with. Whenever I text him with a question, special request, or need to change the schedule he responds quickly. His employees are always punctual, polite, trustworthy, and efficient. Esther, the lady who usually cleans our house has been with us for years, but if ever she is unable to work (which is rare!) JC sends 2 of her coworkers to ensure everything is done efficiently. Unperfect cleaners should be their name. Very disapointed. I was very clear on what I expected to be done. They did not have to make a single bed, do any laundry or dishes. In fact, one entire bedroom and bath wasn't required of them to clean. They only dusted (with a swiffer, not wiped) what they could reach. The two ladies sent by the service were extremely unfriendly.super bad energy.
I caught one of them trying to swiffer a fan while it was still on, and with nothing on the furniture to protect it from the dust. I was literally sitting 10 feet away, but they were too lazy to even ask how to turn it off. Then I happen to move an area rug after they left and the floor was sopping wet underneath. I am disappointed having to put a negative review because the owner of the company seemed very sweet. And he has been in business for a long time.

I manage a rental business with short term vacation rentals in Naples, Florida. I have used Perfect Cleaners for the last ten years after trying several other companies. I only use Perfect Cleaners as I found them to be the best and I also have them clean my own home every two weeks. Their staff are well-trained and very thorough, cleaning blinds, fans, sliding doors and every surface to a high standard. I recommend them to everyone who has asked me who I use.
