I contacted Doug at PHC for information about a specific issue and he was very helpful. He took a lot of time to answer questions and offered to come by. Turns out we decided not to use a cleaning service for this particular problem, but I will definitely call Doug in future for house cleaning when tenants move.

Update to my initial review below. Since my last posting on this company, I had time to look again at the apartments and found some things lacking. The floor stain that I was told was impossible to remove - I was able to clean quite easily. In fact, the floor wasn't cleaned well at all and I spend some time cleaning that particular apartment's kitchen floor, stove, and bathroom.
I guess I should have looked closer. It was a tall job and I won't take that away from them. Overall, things were looking good, but I wish that a bit more attention had been paid to how well some of the cleaning was done. So I guess my take home message is to look carefully before you sign off on the job. I looked at some things, but not all and not closely.
I didn't challenge the floor stain and I should have done that. I felt like I was checking up on the people, and I should have been doing that and not feeling self conscious about examining the work I was paying for. My initial post - I was really pleased with the job PHC Cleaners did on the post move cleaning for our triple decker. Overall, the cleaning was done well and years of grime, dirt and dust were gone at the end of the day, making the house ready for sale.
Two of the apartments had been unoccupied for years, and one was particularly dirty, as the tenants had done lots of greasy cooking. Stoves in all 3 apartments were scrubbed and look great (especially the one from the greasy apartment!) Refrigerators were cleaned and are sparkling. A sink that had some sort of rust was scrubbed nicely. The few areas I found that could use a little more attention were taken care of promptly and completely. Knowing the house needed a lot of attention, I was nervous about how it would turn out, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Now, to market!

Doug & the crew from PHC were great. Due to changing schedules I needed a last minute replacement for cleaning my rental apartment between tenants and they went out of their way to be available during the few hours that the apartment was empty. Doug and his helper came out and made quick work of getting things spick and span for the new occupants -including cleaning the ceiling fans and behind the appliances - nice touch! Highly recommended.

PHC Cleaners is wonderful. My company is renting an apartment for a few months and I was looking for a good cleaning service. I researched a bunch in my area and finally decided on PHC. I am glad I did. PHC does a great job cleaning and the prices are very reasonable. I spoke with both Brian and Doug. They are professional and give great customer service. I recommend them. Update: we had a scheduling issue on our end. PHC was very understanding and worked it out for us. Great company to work with!

These guys are sweet, smart, diligent, and thorough. They were honest with me from the beginning regarding what we could accomplish with my decrepit carpets, and I appreciated that. They gave me a reasonable price quote and were worth what they charged. I do not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend them.

I know 5 stars seems like a lot but not for this company. They are warm, welcoming and genuine guys. We had a last minute deadline to clean our home before we moved and PHC amazed me. This house was so clean, it sparkled - they went above and beyond my belief of how well the job was going to be done. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I was extremely impressed with the quality and customer service that PHC Cleaners provided. I called them for an estimate on a Friday morning and they were able to accommodate me that afternoon. After the owner of the company took the time to come to my home to evaluate the services I needed, he gave me an estimate later that day. The estimate was extremely fair and affordable and all the services I had requested were completed - the cleaning crew went above and beyond my expectations. I would hire them again for any of my next cleaning needs!
