Prodigy Clean

Should have posted this review months ago. We had June come out to clean 4 rooms of carpet and some tile in a rental house up in Prosper. He did an awesome job and I am happy to say that we got our entire deposit back. You can trust June, we even left him there to lock up when he was done. Service: Clean carpet

I highly recommend Prodigy Clean. Very reasonable prices and great results. James was very professional and extremely helpful when I was asking questions regarding the carpets. I could tell he truly cared and wasn't just giving answers to make more money. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all our carpet/tile needs!

I will never use another carpet cleaning company. There were stains that we had caused by a massive leak in our ceiling, and the insulation had ended up falling through and staining all of the carpets. Also, have a 100 lb rambunctious Dog who loves tracking mud through the house. This was our first time using Prodigy clean, and the results were incredible. Stains that previous companies were unable to get out had completely disappeared.

The after effect looked like we just got brand new carpet installed. I also had him steam clean a fifteen year old WHITE couch from COLLEGE. He was upfront in letting me know that it would not look brand new, but the results were far better than expected. Pricing was better than most other companies, and James was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I used this company when I first moved into my house to clean the carpets and tile/grout and they did a great job. I've tried other companies since and I have not been as satisfied with those "here today, gone tomorrow companies." I am on Prodigy Clean's email list and they had an awesome special I couldn't pass up. They are always timely, courteous and my carpet looks great. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

We have used lots of carpet cleaning services over the years and I'm glad to say we have finally found one that goes the extra mile in service and attention to detail. Formerly Carlson Carpet Cleaning, Prodigy does not try to upsell you with useless additional services or will make excuses why something does not get clean the first time. He will come back out and make it right!

The others, and you know the names, give it a lick and a promise. Prodigy vacuums thoroughly at first, moves your furniture and puts it back on styrofoam to allow it to dry without spotting. And he is very professional and courteous.

My wife and I have used multiple carpet cleaning services over some 25 years. We found one that actually take special care with your carpet and does not send a crew that tries to upsell you on additional treatments that they say are needed. Prodigy just does all of the hard work that is required beforehand and does a first class job with your carpets. And he backs his work. No hassles. We have used Prodigy for several years now and will continue.
