Our technicians are certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration, one of the only institutes backed by all of the major carpet mills. We are licensed, insured and bonded.Our equipment is truck mounted. Our technicians are trained on these carpets in order to properly return your carpet to like-new condition. For most jobs, we use hot water extraction. This provides a deep clean by removing hidden layers of dirt and pollutants. This will not only restore the beauty of your carpet, but will reduce allergic irritations and illness.

Upholstery, can hold a large amount of pollutants, including dirt and dust. The dirt in upholstery is less obvious than that seen in carpet and is therefore rarely cleaned. Fortunately, it is a problem that is easy to solve and even easier to prevent, with regular cleaning of all of your upholstered furniture.

Red Carpet Service is one of the most professional companies I have dealt with in a long time. There not one of these TV commercial companies that makes promises they can't keep. They were extremely flexible with my busy schedule, showed up when they said they would be there, professionally dressed, and were very knowledgeable on several topics. I will definitely be using these guys in the near future.

I hired RCC to clean the upholstery in my RV. I assumed they were going to show up with a steam cleaning machine. The man showed up with a bucket of water and a brush. I decided to let him do his thing. I assumed he would provide results. He did not. My RV's upholstery's condition did not change. I bought it used from a smoker, and it looks terrible. Make sure you ask lots of questions.

We've lived in our house for 41 years and have never had the air ductwork cleaned. My brother had Scott and his crew clean his ductwork last week and he said they did an awesome job so I had them come and clean mine this morning. Scott is a great guy and really did an awesome job! Very nice people jobs were done well. My only issue was they did not move any furniture, night stands, tables only what I moved out on my own. I didn't ask if this was additional charge, it was not mentioned in original call when booking. I just assumed from previous experience they move and put furniture caps on floor under large furniture. So I take responsibility for not asking more questions.
I loved what they use no after film. They also cleaned my duct and uncovered two issues I had I didn't know about. They temporarily fixed one problem, other was out if their expertise. Hard to look in your vents and see how clean they are but I can tell it made a difference by the sound of my furnace running, somethings changed and my air filtering fan hasn't gone off. I will use them in future just be a little more clear on furniture to clean under. Job well done!

We have tile floor throughout our upstairs, our dogs bring in TONS of mud from the back yard, and the tile was so dirty. Scott from RCS came and cleaned them and they look brand new! I'm in love with the tile all over again. Our carpets are spotless as well! If you need your floors cleaned Red Carpet Service is where its at!
