Very pleasant gentleman that did the carpets. My only complaint was my carpet was very wet when he left. I do not remember the last time it being so wet. Took almost 2 days to be completely dry around edges. Service: General carpet cleaning

They ain't what they used to be. We've had our carpets and ceramic tile/grout cleaned by Russell several times over the years and had been happy with them. Something has changed there. Recently had our carpets, tile and grout done and the end result was very disappointing. This is not old carpet but having to area-clean with a home carpet cleaner after Russell and getting up so much more than they did. Also have to get another cleaning service out to reclean the grout. Yeah, they have 4+ stars because they used to be good. Don't know what's happened to them.

Russell Cleaning came into my home during the virus outbreak and carefully and thoroughly cleaned my furniture and rugs. They were fast and reasonably priced. They took virus related precautions. I strongly recommend to my friends and community members.

So scary - I asked how they protect my carpet and bamboo flooring when they are cleaning the tile as they soak the entire area, walk on it and drag the hoses along your floor. They had no answer. Beware!

My carpets were.dirty. no, they were pretty filthy. Not food or pet soiling, but year of foot traffic build-up. I need a professional and called Russell Cleaning. Two gentlemen came as scheduled and did a fantastic job. They spent an hour and worked hard, especially on the spots and high traffic areas. I'll use them again in a heartbeat.

We had Berber carpet installed years ago. Could never get the traffic areas clean. We had tried, had other companies try, Russell's came out and it looks amazing! Can't believe how clean it is. We had talked about taking it out but now. maybe not! Thank you!

Well I have to say I am pretty amazed at the job they do! The carpet was in bad condition with dark spots and after a couple hours the carpet looked new and clean! Also on time and good communication. Would definitely recommend.

Russell Cleaning has cleaned the carpets at my home and they do such an amazing job. He sprayed some special solution and got these brown spots out of this house I have listed for sale and they are gone now. It looks great and now the carpets don't have to be replaced. We've used Russell Cleaning Service to clean the carpet at my office several times over the years, but this year was a real test. Our industrial carpeting is old and shows it. We also had some pretty bad staining this year. The guys from Russell were on time, professional, and they made this carpet look.pretty darn good. It's old carpet, there's no way it could ever look great, so I'm not going to lie. But they made it look as good as it possibly could. I was extremely impressed.

These guys go the extra mile! James came out last Saturday, cleaned our carpets and did an amazing job! I'm not saying he did a "Good" job, he did an excellent job! I thought for sure that our carpet couldn't be cleaned well due to children spilling things. The carpet looks new, and that is not an exaggeration! James was polite and we felt extremely comfortable having him in our home. You won't go wrong with these guys!

James came today, on time& professional, to clean our carpet and bathroom floor tile grout! All I can saw is wow, he did an excellent job everything looks great! I have used Russell Cleaning in the past & will continue to use and refer them in the future!
