Sweep Home Chicago

I've been using them for over three years now. They provide a great service. They come on time, and their work is very thorough. I use them every week. They're very responsive and their pricing is fair.

I used the the Yelp functionality to request quote which was delivered in a timely manner. I used the link provided in the quote to reserve a time and enter details and received confirmation. I followed up via message and phone to re-confirm. Glad I did, two days later I receive a message that the time was not available. I'm not sure where the process broke down - Sweep Home Chicago or the Yelp integration. But I'm not inclined to reserve via online process given this issue and that is why I've given such a low

Amazing company. They did a wonderful job for me. The owner Brandon was so easy to speak with.

Pretty pricey for the quality. Our apartment is small and located in a building and it was $156, which would have been fine if our floors throughout the apartment were not still dirty when we got home. It didn't appear as though the kitchen has been swept or that the bathroom floors had been mopped. Also there was genera untidiness that I didn't expect. They are very responsive and I was trying something new since our previous cleaning service was unreliable but I would rather get what I paid for.

I contacted Jasmine 1 month before the service date. She emailed they were able to accommodate the dates but It would be best to call their office. I called and the number was disconnected. By email Jasmine did not explain why number was disconnected but she said they were going to be in the office the next day, Voice mail message says they are open until 5pm.

I kept calling for weeks around 4 with no response, I asked Jasmine to call me instead, This never happened, This morning I called and she was not even aware of my case, She also said there is no availability for the dates I need, IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND THEY DID NOT EVEN TRY TO WORK THINGS OUT AS THIS WAS MOSTLY THEIR LACK OF FOLLOW UP.

Great company. The owner was professional and easy to communicate with, offered a competitive rate, and got me right on the schedule. The cleaner came this morning and was very sweet. I left for work and arrived back home to a very clean apartment.

Poor quality cleaning that was neither thorough nor efficient. Cost was 68/hr for two people. Bathroom shower still had mold. Stains on kitchen cabinets that were obviously not cleaned. They left my trash in the garage rather than taking it to the trash can. I am surprised by all the positive reviews

This is an interesting response from Brandon the owner? Funny, I only spoke to a young receptionist who answered the phone. The door person at the apartment never let anyone from this company in as my sister had passed and we had already had her funeral by the day they "claimed" to have cleaned the apartment. Very strange since we had just sold the apartment to a new owner who had taken possession on July 22,2021.

They "claim " they "cleaned" the apartment on July 26, 2021? Sorry, the new owner already had possession. My sister made these arrangements without mentioning it to us and when she passed on July 12, 2021 we had no idea of this cleaning arrangement. A month later despite my calls, without ANY response they proceeded to charge the bank account $175. This prompted my calls. Again, a very unethical and dishonest company. I have an obituary, death certificate and closing documents from the attorney.

I used Sweep Home for a recent move out cleaning for my condo in Chicago after they were recommended by my realtor. They did a great job, had a flat fee, and were very easy to schedule. I would highly recommend and would use again!

Between my partner and I, we have 150-hour-work weeks. We hired Sweep Home Chicago to deep clean fridge, oven and bathroom as well as sweep/mop/vacuum floors. Additionally, they dusted furniture, appliances, etc. and vacuumed under cushions. Fee was appropriate. They were prompt, professional and thorough. Will definitely hire them again.

Great service experience with Bernice! She was WONDERFUL and truly so helpful in getting my new home cleaned! Someone give her a RAISE! It was a bit on the pricey end at $195 for a condo less than a 1,000 square feet.

My primary purpose in hiring a company to do a "move-in" clean is because every time I move, I spend about 6 hours deep cleaning the new space. People are gross! And I really hoped to avoid that, as cleaning isn't my favorite thing. (I'm sure many of you would agree lol) As per the quote: "For move out/in cleanings we do a detailed cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces, clean the interior of fridge and stove, clean the interior of windows and clean the inside of cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and bathroom.

The concentration is on the kitchen, bathroom, floors and dusting." Pro: the woman was kind and brought her own supplies (The only reason I gave 2 stars) Pro: the interior of the stove looks great! Con: the interior of the fridge does not. And there were many other surfaces missed in the kitchen. I had to de-gunk the sink and sprayer and there were still food splotches in the fridge (butter, and mystery stains, hair, see photos) and the cabinets were given only a cursory pass. Pro: the interior of the windows (glass) looks good! Con: the interior window sills were still dusty and dirty.

Bathroom looks ok. Ultimately, I'm going to have to spend a good deal of time next weekend deep cleaning this myself, exactly what I wanted to avoid. Knowing what I know now, would I do this again? No.

Sweep Home Chicago was the best cleaning service I came upon while living in Chicago. Every job was well done and Brandon was always very responsive and flexible with changing the day/time of cleaning. If I ever return to CHI one day, they'll be my go to cleaning service!

Used them for a move out cleaning. Sold my house and was worried about a cleaning crew being done in time for the new owners to move in. They worked around my movers and did a phenomenal job! Both ladies wore their masks and brought their own cleaning supplies. I felt safe and comfortable leaving them alone in the house while I went to the closing. When they left they locked the house as instructed.

We have been regular customers for more than four years at two different apartments. They are very consistent and easy to communicate with. I can only think of a single instance in all those years where we were unhappy with something from a cleaning and they were quick to correct it. We recommend this company to friends anytime someone is looking for cleaners.

Outstanding service. I was moving in to an apartment where the refrigerator was EXTREMELY FILTHY to the point where i was going to replace it with my own money. Well they completely changed my mind after they cleaned it.

We mostly center around River North. Ridiculous. Editing my review due to being called a "total moron" by the business owner. I live 4 miles away from River North. That's not "opening your service area to the entire continental US." That's doing what you claim you do on your website.

I have used Sweep Home Chicago for 3 years now. I found them when I moved to a new neighborhood outside of downtown Chicago. Surprisingly, I found few companies that would go the extra distance (being that I only moved to Noble Square) at a similar rate, but Sweep Home Chicago was very accommodating! They are extremely responsive and always reachable.

Every time I call, someone answers. They are trustworthy and are always in and out with no issues. I love coming home and finding my place spotless. I recently moved again and they made the change to my new location with no hassle at all. I find them very accommodating and willing to meet the needs of their customers.

I have been a Sweep Home Chicago customer for 4-5 years and have always been pleased with their service. They are proactive in setting up appointments, which I find highly convenient, and they're also flexible with payment (I typically pay via direct pay through my bank). Also, I moved to a new neighborhood a couple years ago. Not only did they easily accommodate my new location, but they kept the pricing reasonable considering my new apartment was larger. Joanna has been my primary service provider, and she is nice, professional and always does impeccable work.

We are big fans of Sweep Home Chicago. Service is reliable and they use great products. We went through 2 other services beforehand and stuck with Sweep Home over 2 condo properties now (both downtown). They're also flexible with scheduling so when we had to skip a few scheduled dates or needed to switch the schedule it was no problem at all. There was always a live person to talk to and they send reminders via email of upcoming cleanings.

We have used Sweep Home for over 2 years and they come every other week. We have a Chicago bungalow, and we get the first floor and the finished basement cleaned. Maria has been consistent and great. Once we gave her the tour, she has always done a great job. Whenever we request something in particular, it has been taken care of, no problem. When we have the oven cleaned twice a year, it is amazingly clean.

The one time that she accidentally broke the glass in a picture, the main office just had us deduct the replacement cost from our next cleaning--no problem. I highly recommend them.

I have been a Sweep Home customer for over a year now and would recommend them as a professional and affordable cleaning service. Scheduling appointments is easy, and their customer services staff are helpful and flexible. The cleaning staff we have had work at our home have been incredibly friendly, prompt, and responsive. While I had one instance where I felt like some areas weren't cleaned as thoroughly as they should have been, in general, I have been highly satisfied with the level of cleaning and appreciative of the fact that their cleaning staff are always willing to spend extra time in a certain area or take care of something specific when they're here. I also love that Sweep Home offers green cleaning!

I've been using Sweep Home Chicago for several months and have always had a positive experience. The cleaning staff is always punctual, professional, and courteous, and they do a great job. A few times I've made a specific request and they always remember (i.e. I didn't want any dusting cleaning product used in my baby's room, just a damp cloth). The customer service is excellent. If you have any questions or concerns, they attend to it right away.
