As far as the level of cleanliness they provide, I'm totally pleased. I live alone so my cleaning schedule varies. We focus on frequent cleanings of the high traffic areas and less frequent on the largely unused portions of the house. Every day I have cleaning service, Bryant and I will chat for a few minutes to see if I have anything in particular I want him to focus on for that day. To answer the question, "does it feel easy to ask for more or less cleaning?" They have ALWAYS asked me that question first. They are extremely easy to deal with.

We've been using Purple Fig for almost 3 years at our house. I appreciate that they always do a good job, are on-time and the communication is easy. I have an 18 year old dog that hangs out in the kitchen while they clean and I appreciate that they always give a little love to her as well! They cost a bit more that some other places in town but the fact that they care about their employees and pay them a living wage is important to me.

This was our first cleaning with Purple Fig and it was well worth the wait! James, Courtney, and Danielle were prompt, friendly, and most importantly did an amazing job cleaning our home! Have had my home cleaned by Purple Fig several times now, and it's always been such a huge relief of stress to find every surface gleaming and the whole house smelling fresh. Their team is efficient, thorough, and very kind and gracious with questions/requests. I also really appreciate that they take care of their people and are environmentally conscious, so I feel good about using their services. They're in high demand so I had to wait a bit, but they're worth it!

The Purple Fig is fantastic! They do a great job cleaning our house. The staff is incredibly friendly and and very responsive to any special requests. They even sent us a card when my baby was born! During COVID-19, they've gone above and beyond to protect their customers and staff. They seem to really value their staff and pay them a living wage, plus they use eco friendly cleaning products.

I hired Purple Fig for a deep clean after hiring a different non-toxic cleaning company a month before that I wasn't very happy with. However, the team at Purple Fig from beginning to end have been amazing. Not only was communication great, the team that cleaned was super efficient and did an AMAZING job. Having a newborn makes it hard to get anything done and I didn't want a company that uses standard cleaners because of him and our dogs. The house was sparkling clean and a bit more organized after they left. I'll definitely use them again.

I have been using Purple Fig for cleans every other week for almost three years. Their customer service is great and friendly, and the cleaning crews always do AMAZING work. Plus, they are extremely courteous. I don't think I have ever had a complaint about the cleans, and the attention to detail is impressive. Our house looks and smells wonderful after they have been here.
I also really appreciate the times they have gone above and beyond, like refilling the cat's water bowl if it was low, tidying my son's bookshelf, and other such extras. The Purple Fig is a great company and I'm really glad we chose them for our cleaning service.
