Established in 1991, our company has been providing a range of general cleaning to clients including banks, executive suites, large/small office buildings, large/small offices, dental and doctor offices, daycare centers, apartment complexes, warehouses, etc. Service includes high/low dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, cleaning of fixtures, glasswork/chrome, blinds, floor polishing, carpet cleaning and other procedures.

Services can be scheduled on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and are flexible according to clients' individual needs. Tricor supplies its own cleaning materials, with building supplies available at additional cost.

Tricor management has extensive retail and business management experience. Having previous business management experience for a large retail chain, they are acutely aware of the importance of visual appearance and cleanliness of the environment to projecting the right company image.
