We are a locally owned business. The owners, Jim Attlesey and Matthew Del Pizzo, are directly involved in each job. We use a proprietary cleaning process that involves going over each window pane at least four times using various techniques to safely clean the window units. We wash the entire unit, including the panes, frames, sills, hardware and seals. We use professional, high-grade soap that does not harm the window units and is bio-degradable. In short, we do our very best to protect your investment in windows!We offer free estimates, customized frequency cleaning schedules based on your needs, and guarantees 100% satisfaction with our work. Jim Attlesey owns and operates several successful businesses in Santa Fe. Jim graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He is a consultant with more than 25 years experience working in advertising/marketing and research for national companies. Jim joined We Do Windows in 2009 as Matthew's business partner.

How long have we been using We Do Windows -- something like 10.or more years? We value the service they provide. They are very responsive, scheduling our work promptly. The cleaners are well-trained, careful, and thorough. They always do an excellent job, and we're always thrilled with the clean windows and screens when they're done. We have a lot of multi-story walls and they are very good about cleaning even the REALLY tall windows. This time they also cleaned out the gutters. Highly recommend We Do Windows!

I loved We Do Windows. They operate very professionally. It was easy to set up the appointment for the estimate; services were clearly explained. The cleaners came on time and were very pleasant. They worked quickly and were unobtrusive. They also cleaned our interior vigas and fan blades. The prices were reasonable, and our house has a lot of windows! When you refer someone you get a 5% discount for your next services. We plan to use them regularly. Having clean windows is no longer an issue at our house.

I thought WeDo Windows Santa Fe did a great job. There was some confusion about the scope of the job but Sylvia who was running the crew was gracious and understanding and the group accomplished everything I had hoped to get done. Sylvia asked me to walk around the house and check the windows before they left. The windows looked great both inside and outside. She and her crew were thorough, courteous, fast, and quiet.

On-Time, speedy, friendly and professional. All of my interactions with this company have been positive. My initial inquiry call was promptly returned. They quickly scheduled to perform an estimate (and arrived early for the estimate), prepared a quote within hours, and scheduled the work for a week later (they noted the scheduling was unusually fast due to a cancelation).
When the day came, they again arrived early and finished the job quickly. I had them clean windows inside-and-out, clean the frames and sills, swap-out my heavy storm windows with my summer screens, and clean the screens. They were especially careful inside, and I didn't see any drips on my window sills or floor. Every member of the crew of four presented professionally and courteously. Will definitely hire again.

Wow, wow, and wow! This amazing team just finished up on the many windows ( some are 25 feet plus in height) we have in our home. They cleaned the inside, outside, screens, and even the block glass in the interior of the house. The crew was friendly, and professional. We had windows that had been exposed to the debris of stucco repair, hard water, and a new roof.they sparkle! We couldn't be happier with our experience. Thanks again WDW!

They exceeded all my expectations from the get go, I have used several others here in Santa Fe, and I can say they have the easiest way of getting the job done, just give them a call and they can get you taken care of. The associates ( better to call the the miracle workers) showed up on time, and were very professional, and now my windows are so clean they appear to not have any glass! I am extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them. I will be defiantly be calling them back and get on a semi-annual schedule.

I contacted We Do Windows and spoke with Mathew. We arrange the time for his crew to come to my new building and do an exterior and interior cleaning. The crew arrived on time, or professional and courteous and respectful. They had a great attitude and we're committed to providing high-quality work. I was very impressed and as a result will continue to use this company. Mathew was very responsive and I appreciate he's accommodating my schedule. Would highly recommend anyone looking for window or mirror cleaning to hire this company. He won't be disappointed.

When we moved out of our Santa Fe house, I felt I could handle all the cleaning, but when I looked at the windows, I just felt overwhelmed. I contacted Matthew and he was able to fit us in quickly and already had an estimate as they'd done our home for the previous owner. They were able to come when we weren't there and they did a fabulous job. The window tracks and screens included. The windows themselves were so sparking and clean. I was super happy. Totally worth it!
