I have recently gotten an Oriental rug from my mom. It was not in good shape. The fringe was dirty and the rug had spots on it.not sure what they were. It just looked pretty shabby. They came and picked up the rug and while they explained to me that it may take couple of weeks, it was only a few days before it was ready and they brought it back. I am thrilled with the way it looks. Like new. I will definitely use them in the future. They have been very courteous and nice to deal with and I felt their price was very reasonable.

Whitehall was amazing in cleaning and taking care of my wool/silk blend area rug. It had been in storage for years and acquired a horrible smell and was filthy. They gave it a thorough cleaning and it's good as new! They were reasonably priced and included free pick up ans delivery. They got it done very quickly around the holding season as well. I would recommend Whitehall to anyone!

Called Whitehall last minute on the day before Thanksgiving to get my sectional sofa cleaned. Two hours later they were at my home, cleaning my sofa in the midst of boxes and disarray from a recent move. Brought my sectional which was housed in a storage pod for 2 years back to life. Lemony scented and fluffy for Thanksgiving Day. Thanks to the ridiculously overpriced Stanley Steemer because without that ridiculous quote, I would have never found you guys. A return customer for sure. Highly recommended!

I have used Whitehall and another company in the past. I stick with Whitehall because they do a good job for a fair price and they don't have any outrageous claims like the other, where I didn't even see a difference. They are also local to the Irmo, SC area and I like to support local. If something isn't right, they do a great job getting back to ensure its completed to satisfaction.

We had Whitehall Carpet Cleaners come and do all of our hardwoods, tile, and carpets. We've lived in the house for almost 6 years, have 2 big dogs, and 3 cats. We've never had the carpets professionally cleaned. I really expected to hear them say there were some issues with the carpet upstairs that they weren't able to get cleaned up. Sure enough, all the spots and stains in my carpet are gone!
Everyone was extremely professional, and pleasant to deal with. All in all, dealing with the folks at Whitehall Carpet Cleaners was amazing! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their floors professionally cleaned!
