All fail. I would say don't use All Clean floor cleaning service but it seems you can't actually use them at all. You can only make an appointment, move all your furniture and then have them cancel when they are supposed to be at your house. They also don't reschedule- you will have to try again on Monday to reach the office.

We have 3 kids and our carpets had lots of stains and major traffic discoloration. allclean was quick to set up an appointment and flexible with my schedule. Dustin came in and cleaned 6 rooms in our house. He was professional and did a wonderful job making our two year old carpets look new again. I will definitely use again in the future.

Called in to make an appointment for my beloved microfiber seude sectional and ottoman. I was extremely nervous as I have heard horror stories of people getting their couches "professionally" cleaned and getting ruined. However with a teenage boy and my hubby that works in agriculture there was no denying my couch needed some professional help. All Clean was polite and very informative when setting up my appointment.
When the carpet cleaning professional showed up at my house, he was very prompt and courteous. He explained to me what to expect after the cleaning and then went to work. When he was finished, he even cleaned up after himself. I'm very satisfied with the outcome of my sectional. It looks just like it did when I bought it six years ago! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great Customer service and Quality work on my carpets and tile. Allie is very professional and great to work with. Dustin did a Quality job on the carpets and tile. Also did a great job of explaining how to keep my carpets looking great. It didn't hurt that he's a cowboys fan as well;. Thank you! I will be using your services in the future.

Horrible service. First when you call in and you actually get someone to pick up the phone they are rude. I was referred to this company by the property management that handles our rental (equity group). I have called many times leaving messages and no returned calls. We needed to have our carpets recleaned because they didn't look clean when we moved in.
Finally after a few days, we get a call back from Ali to set up an appointment. They were able to sent a technician out that day which was surprising since all the other local companies were full. When the van arrived it was very dirty and looked grungy. The young kid (Dustin) that came to my door looked filthy, smelled like cigarettes and had a bad attitude.
His uniform was very dirty and messy including his pants and shoes. He walked with me through all rooms and I pointed out what needed to be cleaned. He said it looked fine to him. After arguing he finally started working. He cleaned way to fast and it looked horrible still. Carpets were wet for 2 days and smelled like a wet dog. We complained to Les Ellis (manager) and he basically just didn't care.
We called another local company to clean and they did awesome. We have heard so many bad things about this company and I should have listened. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.
