Ricky Lewis showed up promptly on a same day service call. He showed me all of my options and made sure that I understood the difference between each package. Once we decided what would work best he got right to work. Despite having recently shampooed the carpets myself I was amazed at the amount of dirt that was pulled up. The floor was left soft,clean and smelling amazing!

We had safe-dry come out to clean our stairs and upstairs bedrooms. The service was the best we've ever had done. They communicated what time they would be arriving and came at that exact time. After completing a review of the area, Zarrick Jenkins explained the service options. After making my selection, Zarrick proceed to clean the area. He was very professional and focused on providing a good quality experience. I will be recommending Safe-Dry and Zarrick Jenkins, to family and friends.

Hired them. First guy was super helpful and took as much time as it took to get the smell out. Unfortunately it didn't dry all the way, and it smelled again. But once I called them, they came back free of charge and made sure it didn't happen again. Ask for Zarrick Services: Pet stain and odour removal, Upholstery cleaning

I had such a great experience with Reggie! He was so professional and thorough and made my furniture look brand new. I thought that my couch and loveseat were beyond repair, and he did an amazing job to make them look like they did when we first purchased them.
