I have been impressed with the level of communication and thoroughness of Extreme Maids. I appreciate their guarantee, although I have never had to request for them to come back. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning company who does a fantastic job!!!

Highly recommend! I had my first cleaning today, with Vanessa. She was prompt, thorough, professional, and did a wonderful job. She also was amazing with my dog, which is an added plus. I will definitely be scheduling my next cleaning soon!

Finding Extreme Maids has been a lifesaver for me and my family. Everything is done online and very organized. The girl(s) call to let you know they are on their way. When they get there, they hit the floor running. We are always pleased and satisfied with the results. Thank you

I had been looking for professional, reliable cleaning service for a while. I couldn't be more pleased with Extreme Maids. I booked and paid online which is very convenient. The communication is good and the team did a really nice job. I will be using them regularly.

I have only had great experiences with them. Even when the cleaning has not been up to my standard they remedy it right away with a superb cleaning. I have been using them for almost two years and will continue to do so, customer service is some of the best I have received! Highly recommended.

The experience with Extreme Maids was excellent. Fast service, easy communication, and spot-on what our home needed. I was satisfied. Service: Standard cleaning

So happy with my experience with Extreme Maids! Everything was spotless. Definitely recommend! Thank you so much Team Tatiana!

From the on-line scheduling to the actual cleaning, we're satisfied. We had a initial cleaning and a follow up 2 weeks later. We intend to continue the 2 week cleaning interval. We definitely recommend this service.

I have used Extreme Maids twice now - once for a move I. Deep Clean and then a one time follow up. Communication was good, price fair and I was happy with the services they provided. I will be using them again.

I was very reluctant to hire someone I didn't know to come into my home but I had heard from two other friends who have used this service and couldn't stop saying enough about them so I had to give them a try. My home is over 3000 ft. and very spread out with upstairs and downstairs and many windows and many bathrooms. Since it was their first cleaning I had to get the deep clean and I added on windows, baseboard and dusting of blinds.

First of all, my maid showed up 30 minutes earlier than expected which was nice and she didn't stop workingFor more than eight straight hours until the whole house was clean. She was amazing although I'm going to ask next time they send a team of2 because eight hours is a long time. I have recommended them to friends as well.

I have used Extreme Maids twice and they do impeccable work. I am grateful to have found them! Services: Deep clean, Interior & exterior window cleaning

Great company and a very thorough job! I had the blinds cleaned and not a spot of dust!. I will definitely continue this service!

Recommend by our daughter who is happy with their service. WE set for biweekly cleaning with deep cleaning to start. Marianela arrived on time, did the entire deep clean by herself without stopping. She worked steadily for 6/12 hours with great attention to detail. She even cleaned/removed some water stains that we were unable to remove. We are very pleased!

We've been using Extreme Maids for a few months now and they provide an excellent service. The team shows up on time every single time and they always deliver on an awesome cleaning for our house. They take the time to really make it feel good after they leave. Plus, they are extremely friendly and always willing to listen if we ask them to change cleaning products or focus on a certain part of the house. Couldn't be happier with their service and give a higher recommendation!

Jessica was absolutely fantastic. She arrived on time and stayed until our home was cleaned thoroughly. I was very happy with our service and will continue to use Extreme Maids for our monthly cleaning! Services: Standard cleaning, Deep clean

Marianella was excellent. She came highly recommended by another customer and did a first time cleaning for us a couple weeks ago. We look forward to having her help us with our home regularly now. Communications with the office regarding scheduling was a little challenging, but am hoping that was just a one time occurrence. Service: Standard cleaning

We've had nothing but fantastic experiences with Extreme Maids. These ladies take pride in what they do and it shows. We've had Marianella, Carmelina, and Vanessa clean, and each has done such a wonderful job with everyone adding their own personal touches, like bows tied on the toilet paper rolls and stuffed animals set up in cute little arrangements in my daughter's bedroom. I always feel like we get such wonderful attention to detail and my house looks so clean when they leave. They really go above and beyond.

We just started using Extreme Maids and are thrilled with the service! The team was prompt and hard working! We are excited to find such a great company!

Extreme Maids has done a wonderful job cleaning my 2bd apt for 2 years now. There service is very affordable and their employees go up and beyond to service the customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Tampa Metro Area! Service: Standard cleaning

Carmelina is really nice. She was on time, she is very professional and she makes an extra effort to make sure one is happy with her job. She is into little details that made me feel my home was worth of a Southern Living magazine cover I really like they have flat rates based on the rooms in the house, and that you are able to book on line. Afterwards, I received a phone call from a representative making sure everything was great and that I was happy with the service provided. I recommend Extreme Maids

I have tried to find a cleaner for ever. I've tried different people and was never even close to being satisfied. I was hesitant to give Extreme Maid Service a chance since it seemed a little interesting in their approach. Jessica did an absolutely phenomenal job I could not have asked for more! I am so grateful to have found them and will be using them moving forward

My husband and I are full-time working parents of a 9 month old, and were in desperate need of help when it came to cleaning our home. We're not horribly messy people, we get by day to day with chores, but with family coming into town and holidays upon us, our home was overdue for a deep clean. Scheduling was easy, and our cleaner/maid Ada came within the timeframe reserved, and in about 2 hours, our home was cleaner than the day we moved in 2 years ago.

We were so pleased with her work, we have rebooked and will continue to use their services, as it has helped me with my peace of mind having a clean home, and allows me to spend more time with my family versus cleaning.

This was our first time using extreme maids, Carmelia was AMAZING! she was right on time and was very friendly kind and walked us through the process. She had an excellent eye for detail, and did a great job. I would absolutely request carmelia in the future.

We have been fortunate enough to have Marianny as our monthly cleaner for the past 6 months and she has always done a wonderful and thorough job. Extreme Maids has been very communicative when there have been issues with needing to reschedule (understandable with Covid). All the teams we have had assigned for our cleanings have been timely. We have been using Extreme Maids for monthly cleanings consistently since October 2019. We tried using a different cleaning service prior to that for a few months but the quality and the ease of booking just made Extreme Maids a better option.

This company is, by far, the best cleaning service I have ever used. Believe me, I have been through several with no luck. They make it so easy to schedule services online. You can even add additional tasks for a small fee. They always follow up to make sure I am completely satisfied, and if not, they will go above and beyond to make it right. The cleaners are professional, friendly and do an exceptional job. If you ever need a cleaning service in the Lutz area, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Extreme Maids. You won't be disappointed.

These ladies really went above and beyond. I booked first time service through their online portal over the weekend and everything went so smooth. I was contacted right away Monday to verify all the information and to be sure I was ok with the charges. So thorough from start to finish. On top of that, the women who came to clean my mothers home did an amazing job. They were there far longer than I expected. I am extremely happy I found them! Thanks again ladies for all your hard work!

We had a great experience with Extreme Maids. Jessica was absolutely awesome! We got the deep clean since it was our first time using their services. She was extremely thorough and friendly and professional. We kept being impressed over multiple days recognizing all the things she cleaned. Super happy with her services and excited to schedule the next appointment!

I have to say that extreme maids does a fantastic job at coming in and cleaning your house in little time. They are very thorough. The price is fair- not cheap but not outrageous. Just make sure you pick the correct service for your needs. They don't do laundry or deep clean your washer/dryer appliances- that's the only con.

I don't give any service 5 stars so I'm a little hesitant. But if anyone deserves it, Extreme Maids does. They aren't perfect but they are pros. I've been using cleaning services and independent house keepers for well over 20 years and they are the best hands down. I just wish they worked Saturdays and that they also worked Brooksville. My sister could sure use them up there! Kim T. Tampa

Great teams of kind, responsive cleaners have made our busy lives easier. The house always looks great on cleaning day. The company is very responsive and calls if there is a need to reschedule. I highly recommend Extreme Maids. Services: Standard cleaning, Deep clean

I use Extreme Maids in Tampa Florida. I am incredibly satisfied with Extreme Maids. They are uncommon and extremely thorough compared with cleaning services I've used in the past. They are very punctual. They not only clean with extreme attention to detail, once they are finished they asked me to walk around my house with them to ensure and confirm that I am satisfied with the job I asked them to do.

I highly recommend Extreme Maids, especially to those in the Tampa area but also if there is an Extreme Maids service in your city I'm sure they will also do a great job. Thank you Extreme Maids for caring about how my house looks as much as I do!

I needed an apartment move-out cleaning -- after all, when you're in the middle of a move, the last thing you have time to do is do a deep clean. I liked that I could schedule an appointment online, and they thankfully had availability the week of my move out, so I booked them for a Wednesday in the middle of the day. Since I was going to be at work, I called and asked that they give me a 15-minute heads up that they were on their way so I could be there to let them in. Vanessa texted me and let me know her ETA, so I headed over there and met up with her outside my apartment complex.

She brought all of her supplies with her and I showed her around the unit. Since I still had a few things there, she and I moved them out onto the balcony so she could clean the floors. I had to go back to work so I didn't get to see the end result until that evening -- and wow! Vanessa did such a great, thorough job. The place smelled wonderfully and everything was spotless, from the inside of the cabinets and the fridge to the hard water stains in the tub. Now that I own a house, I'm scheduling a recurring service with Extreme Maids since I was so impressed with their work.

The girls, Amelia and Danielle, where very pleasant and efficient! The home never looked so clean! The Bamboo flooring was squeaky clean and shiny as was the bathrooms! I would definitely recommend and use this team and company again!!

I love booking with Extreme Maids. Booking through their website is easy and they do an incredible job. They NEVER flake out. I was using another service who did great work but there were time changes or last minute cancellations on their end, which made planning difficult for me. Luckily I found Extreme Maids and gave them a shot! We live in South Tampa and have been using Extreme Maids for a few months now.

We do chose to go with the bi-weekly cleaning schedule to receive a 15% discount. In total we pay $152.00 per cleaning. The ladies who clean do a fantastic job cleaning the entire house - I feel like we get our money's worth. The five star rating is well-deserved and not an exaggeration. Give extreme maids a try - you won't be let down.

Highly recommend if you want your house to **SHINE!**Thank you so much! I will definitely be booking again!
