I recently had my carpets re-stretched and they were in desperate need of a cleaning. I called to make an. appointment and was scheduled the day after my call. My carpet had spots that had been cleaned and the color was lifted. I had no hope, that it would be resolved, but somehow they were able to get rid of the spots and they are no longer visible.
I have a new puppy and a senior dog and they made the carpets look almost new again. The drying time was quicker than I thought possible. Great company and would highly recommend.

I've been having issues with allergies recently and decided that having the ducts cleaned in our house might help alleviate some of the allergens. Scheduling with Steve's was very simple -- it was all online. Their prices were straightforward with no hidden fees. I received a reminder in the day leading up to the appointment which I appreciated. The technicians were on time and professional and did a thorough job of cleaning all the vents/ducts. The gentlemen from Steve's showed up on time and were friendly but still professional. They answered all our questions and then got started immediately on the job. It took about an hour to have the carpeting in our condo cleaned. We were able to open all the windows so that the carpets dried in about 8 hours. You could walk on the carpeting immediately after cleaning but we waited until the carpets were totally dry before putting back all the furniture etc in each room. I would definitely recommend Steve's Carpet Cleaning and would use them again in the future.

I have used Steve's several times now and couldn't be happier. They, specifically Nate, always does a good and thorough job. They are always careful to protect the baseboards (even in the hallway of my apartment complex) and put down carpets and towels to not track water or outside dirt in my house. Brittney is amazing and responds quickly to my questions and special requests. Great, well run company. Customer for life.
