Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method uses carbonated bubbles to lift dirt from deep within carpet fibers, ensuring a thorough clean. This low-moisture technique dries in 1-4 hours, reducing mold risk and preserving carpet longevity. Ideal for residential and commercial spaces, it effectively removes allergens, pet stains, and high-traffic grime while maintaining indoor air quality.
Pet Odor Removal
The Pet Urine Removal Treatment (P.U.R.T.) targets odor-causing bacteria at the source, eliminating 99.9% of pet smells. Our process includes UV light detection of hidden stains and deep-cleaning for carpets, upholstery, and subfloors. Safe for children and pets, it provides lasting freshness by breaking down crystallized urine residues without harsh chemicals.
Upholstery Cleaning
Using Chem-Dry's low-water method, we clean all fabric types, including microfiber, leather, and delicate materials. The process removes stains, allergens, and odors while preserving fabric integrity. A protective treatment is available to extend stain resistance, ensuring furniture remains fresh and durable for years.
Area Rug Cleaning
We provide in-home analysis and tailored cleaning for wool, silk, cotton, and synthetic rugs. Our carbonated cleaning lifts embedded dirt without damaging fibers, while specialized treatments address blood, ink, and permanent marker stains. Delicate rugs receive gentle yet effective care to restore vibrancy and texture.
Hardwood Floor Cleaning
Counter-rotating brushes and minimal moisture safely clean and polish hardwood and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) floors. This method removes grime from wood grain without warping or water damage. A protective polish enhances shine and prolongs cleanliness, making it ideal for high-traffic residential and commercial areas.

Wonderful service! My house smells so much better! We have old dogs that have had a few accidents and no matter how much we cleaned and scrubbed we couldn't get the smell out. Thank goodness for Qualls Chem-Dry. The price was very reasonable. I've had other quotes for the same thing and the competitor wanted more for less. We also got our sectional cleaned, the tech actually did both sides of the cushions and cleaned our couch pillows as well! Soo worth it! Thank you

We are very pleased with our experience today! As you can see in the before and after photos, the tile looks fantastic! York (I didn't clarify spelling ), was super friendly and professional. He even let my dogs interrogate him briefly before he started. We received excellent communication with the process and will be calling again for our future cleaning needs! Thanks Qualls Chem-Dry!

Braden was on time and very efficient. He quickly and quietly went about his work. He was faced with a beige carpet that had 6-7 years of pets and kids wear on it. I told hime we just needed a clean prior to selling but I didn't expect a miracle. The carpet came out looking almost new! Bravo Braden!
