We recently had 1-800 out to do some mitigation for us and they were awesome! Holly was quick and responsive, and got a team out right away. Zach, Kyle and Casey kept things in check for us and were always communicative about when they'd be here and what they were working on. They were polite and respectful of our time, home, and our family. Brian came out a few times as well and kept us informed about the progress in our damaged kitchen. Overall it was a great experience, and while I hope we don't have any more serious plumbing issues in the future, I'll call them again if we do!

I have nothing but positive comments regarding this company. They came to my aid immediately. I want to particularly mention Holly Fields who gets my firm 5 star rating! She has guided me through all the steps needed to complete my renovation and always with a bright smile. No question I asked or concern I had went unanswered. She is a definite asset to this company. Everything has been finished with this project. Brian was a great asset and took charge of handling all the renovations and always with a smile. John and Kyle did the actual renovation.

They did an outstanding job and stayed until the project was completed no matter how long it took. I would definitely recommend 1-800 Water Damage for all those who find themselves in need of major repairs as I did.

I contracted with 1-800 water damage to repair the damage from a major water leak event that had flooded the 1st floor of my Athens, GA home. The repairs were done timely and with quality craftsmanship in mind. Brian was my project manager and over the time of the repairs he was very responsive and attentive to the specifics of the repairs that were underway. I have been very pleased with the work done.

We had a massive water leak in the downstairs of our church ( Canvas Church ) Flooded several rooms 1-800 did a Fantastic Job of repairing all of the damage to the floors and walls. Floors and sheet rock replaced. The final results are AMAZING! I highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage for any of your water repair needs.

Fantastic crew, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, professional and affordable. Cannot ask for more. Our basement flooded during a bad rainstorm. Chad came out quickly to help us assess the best plan of course for preventing a recurrence and walked us through all possible options. I needed some windows replaced and couldn't find anyone who could do them in under 12-15 weeks during Covid. Chad and his guys first referred me to a Millworks owner they knew and he had the windows done in 3 weeks. These guys installed them the day they picked up the windows. Smooth and easy process, and they provided extra feedback and advice along the way. And the price beat other estimates with ease. Safe and reliable group of guys who do quality work according to what you need!
