I had a flood in my finished basement because of a refrigerator filter leak. The flood was noticed 2 days after, with the floor covered in water. We were very concerned about mold due to obvious reasons, with our kids spending a lot of time in the basement, etc. We contacted 1-800 Water Damage, Edward arrived and immediately assured us that the water damage will be removed and any mold will be identified and remediated.

They took care of all the paperwork needed for my insurance company, they were prompt, professional and took care of all the clean up. They did find mold and removed it. I feel totally comfortable with my children playing the basement after what they've done. Highly recommended!

From the moment they arrived, they put my mind at ease, they worked quickly to assess the damage, they found out the problem was coming from the dishwasher which we didnt suspect, and they handled everything properly.
