We had a very unfortunate experience of having a broken hose flood our kitchen and basement. We worked with Mark at 1-800-water-damage. They were super responsive and came out to the house as soon as possible. They established a good plan to help us remediate the damage. Their professionalism was off the charts, explaining everything that they were doing and walking us through the process.

Marc and his team were amazing to work with. They took a catastrophic situation and made it manageable for us. They arrived quickly and had us drying out within the hour. We recently worked with 1-800-water damage after my 3 year old son flooded our bathroom which led to damage in the bathroom, a bedroom, and a large chunk of ceiling and wall in the basement. Marc and Kevin were absolutely fantastic in helping us deal with this crisis! They were quick to come out when we called and they were thorough in assessing the damage and making sure everything was dried out and taken care of. Marc, Teri, Kevin were all amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to walk me through each step of the water damage process. They truly tried to be the least invasive as possible. They documented everything so clearly. They are very trustworthy people. It seemed they truly tried to keep the costs of the project as low as possible. It never felt like they wanted to take a bad situation and expose it to make money. They took extra time and put attention to detail.

For such a horrible thing to happen (hose bib cracked and flooded our basement) these guys really made it a good experience. Im a newish home owner and didnt even know what to do. They were the best at helping me with the process. I really appreciated their open communication. I knew exactly where they were and what they needed to do, every step of the way.
