Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our patented Hot Carbonating Extraction method delivers deeper cleaning with 80% less water than steam cleaning. Carbonated solutions lift dirt from carpet fibers for thorough removal, leaving no sticky residue. This low-moisture process dries in hours rather than days, reducing mold risk while extending carpet life. Independent testing confirms allergen reduction for healthier indoor environments.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) destroys urine crystals at the molecular level using specialized formulas. UV light detection identifies hidden contamination areas in carpets and upholstery. The treatment penetrates deep into padding and subfloors to eliminate odors permanently, preventing repeat accidents. Safe for pets and children with no masking fragrances.
Wood Floor Cleaning
Specially formulated solutions clean hardwood and engineered wood floors without damaging finishes. Counter-rotating brushes loosen embedded dirt while minimal moisture prevents warping. Extraction equipment removes contaminants and applies protective polish. This process enhances floor longevity while maintaining natural beauty and luster without harsh chemicals.
Commercial Cleaning
Tailored cleaning solutions for businesses from small offices to national accounts. Our low-downtime service uses 80% less water for rapid drying, minimizing operational disruption. Commercial-grade equipment handles high-traffic areas while allergen reduction improves workplace air quality. Custom maintenance plans available for ongoing facility care.
Area Rug Cleaning
Specialized cleaning for all rug types including oriental, wool, and synthetic fibers. Gentle yet effective process removes dirt and allergens without color fading or fiber damage. Technicians evaluate rug construction to determine optimal cleaning method. Protective treatments available to extend cleanliness between professional cleanings.
Questions
What makes Chem-Dry's cleaning method different?
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction uses 80% less water than steam cleaning, dries faster, and removes more allergens through carbonation's deep-cleaning action.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
Residential carpets benefit from cleaning every 6-12 months; high-traffic commercial spaces may require quarterly maintenance for optimal hygiene.
Does carpet cleaning help with allergies?
Yes. Independent testing confirms our process reduces common allergens like pet dander and dust mites by up to 89% in carpets and upholstery.
Can pet urine odors be completely eliminated?
Our P.U.R.T. treatment permanently destroys urine crystals at the source, eliminating odors rather than masking them with fragrances.

Very good experience. The Mikes were on time, professional and quick. They worked with me on addressing an issue with one of the carpets and provided advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. They were also great with dealing with the cat who only likes to hide in the rooms where they were working. Recommend them highly! Services General carpet cleaning

John, the owner, provided an exceptional level of service. He was easy to make arrangements with in the beginning. The carpets came very clean, and he got some difficult spots removed. The stairs not quite as good, but then who builds a house with off-white plush wall-to-wall carpeting on the stairs to the garage? Nobody does stairs well. He was a pleasure to have in the house and an energetic worker. A very nice person, he gave us a senior discount. We recommend him highly.
