Our Technician was on time, took extra care not to cover working area, did a great job of cleaning 3 chairs in our living room. He has cleaned for us before and he does an exceptional job! Very knowledgeable about fabric. Chem dry doesnt use harsh chemicals which makes it safe for our pets as well as better for my husband who is on oxygen. If you want a good, professional and caring technician to clean your furniture, call Chem Dry and ask for John!

Just had Tyler clean 4 carpets and a couch that 3 dogs used as a bed and he did an amazing and thorough job. Their customer service was wonderful, as we had an issue that was my fault and they still made it right. I highly recommend you use Chem Dry off Wooster. The price is right.

We would rate Chem Dry with 5 stars very easily! Great service from the scheduling of the appointment to the actual work that was done. We had a sofa, two recliners, a hallway, a stairwell and three rooms cleaned. Wow! I could not believe how clean all of the furniture and the carpets came out. We will be using them again without a doubt. Highly recommended!
