Jonathan from Chem-Dry was amazing. He was on time and although efficient, never rushed. His work was precise and thorough. And, he was personable and easy to communicate with. The process they use removed ALL the smells from our dog and saved a very expensive Persian rug we thought was ruined. I would unconditionally recommend this company and Jonathan in particular to anyone!

Can I just re-run my review from last year? Yes I'm a repeat customer which is the best review you can give any business! Last time it was furniture upholstery cleaning, this time it was carpets. Eastside did an outstanding job considering the state of the carpets especially in my home office. I'll be back again next year.

Excellent company. Service was number one from the start. I got a booking promptly and they texted prior to the actual appointment at 11:00. The man who cleaned the carpet was very friendly and professional. All the carpets edges were immaculate and the carpet was dry within a couple of hours. I would totally recommend them!

East side Chem Dry cleaned a long fiber shaggy type rug that had pet urine smell. The rug was totally cleaned and anything that was squirreled into the long fiber rug were extracted. They were great and treated my like a person instead of an ATM. I had to reschedule last minute because I went into labor, and they were totally cool with it. My new rocking chair that was dirtied from being on display was literally like brand new!
