Carpet Cleaning
Our patented Hot Carbonating Extraction process removes deep-seated dirt and allergens from carpets using 80% less water than traditional steam cleaning. The carbonated solution lifts contaminants for thorough removal while preserving carpet fibers. This method creates healthier indoor environments by reducing allergens like pet dander and dust mite matter by up to 89% according to independent lab tests.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) eliminates pet urine odors at the molecular level through a chemical reaction that destroys odor-causing crystals. Our technicians use UV light inspection to identify hidden contamination areas before applying this proprietary solution. The treatment works deep into carpet padding and sub-floors for permanent odor elimination rather than temporary masking.
Area Rug Cleaning
Specialized cleaning for all rug types including delicate Oriental and Persian varieties. Our gentle yet effective process preserves colors and fibers while removing embedded dirt and allergens. Technicians use rug-specific equipment to maintain structural integrity during deep cleaning, followed by rapid drying to minimize disruption for homeowners.
Granite Countertop Renewal
Four-step process restores granite surfaces through deep cleaning, residue removal, sealing, and polishing. Non-toxic solutions safely remove buildup without damaging natural stone. The treatment includes protective sealing that prevents future staining while enhancing the stone's natural luster for kitchen and bathroom surfaces.
Wood Floor Cleaning
Professional cleaning for solid hardwood and engineered wood floors using minimal moisture to prevent warping. Counter-rotating brushes remove embedded dirt while preserving finish integrity. The process includes optional protective polishing that creates a dirt-resistant barrier while restoring natural shine to high-traffic wood flooring surfaces.
Questions
What makes Chem-Dry's cleaning process different from steam cleaning?
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction uses 80% less water and carbonation to lift dirt, drying carpets in hours rather than days while leaving no sticky residue.
How does the pet urine removal treatment work?
P.U.R.T. breaks down urine crystals at the molecular level, permanently eliminating odors rather than just masking them through a chemical reaction that lasts 24-36 hours.
Can you clean all types of area rugs?
We clean all rug types including wool, silk, cotton, and synthetic materials using specialized equipment that preserves colors and fibers during the deep cleaning process.
Do you offer any protection against future stains?
Yes, we apply protectant solutions that create a barrier around fibers to resist staining, giving you more time to clean spills before they set in carpets and upholstery.
What are your service hours?
We're available Monday-Saturday 7 AM-12 AM and Sunday 9 AM-12 PM for appointments and emergency cleaning needs in Bergen County, NJ.
How do you handle allergen reduction?
Independent lab tests confirm our HCE process reduces common allergens like pet dander and dust mite matter by up to 89% through deep-cleaning extraction methods.

My wife and I had them out to clean all our carpets and the tile floor in all three bathrooms. The bathrooms came out fabulous, but the carpets had issues in the high traffic areas of our living room and dining room. Texted Glenn and he asked me to send him pictures which I did. He and his assistant came out and they dry shampooed the high traffic areas and spots which look better. My suggestion that they pretreat the high traffic areas and then do them last. They are very polite with a good sense of humor.

For first time I took their service for carpet Chem-Dry. Their charge is very reasonable. Reported in time as per schedule. Their work is great. I asked Mr. Glenn if he can help me to remove the cigarette smell from the carperts. He explained very clearly what he can do and what I can expect. I was happy to see his honesty. He not only explain the advantages, he also let clients know the disadvantages. Next time I will directly contact him for any such job.

There is NO SUBSTITUTE for the chemdry Pet Urine Removal Treatment. With the amount of dog pee we're talking about, we needed a miracle and that's what we got with Glenn Rosenbower. We tried another company first, and instead of removing the smell they just kind of spread it around so that the whole carpet reeked. We bought a UV light, and when saw the extent of the dog pee, it seemed totally hopeless.

The entire wall to wall carpet GLOWED with pee. We have two rescued dogs with PTSD who we thought we're making progress. They're small but they pee more than any other dogs I've ever met. Anyway, DON'T EVEN THINK about using another company. Just do it right the first time. The perfectly clean carpet smells great! Glenn even took care of the carpeted doggy steps. He was punctual, professional, and took on the case because he likes a challenge, Thank God!

Glenn was great! Super friendly and fast. He also gave us a few options so we went higher stain remover and sanitizer as we were just moving in. Only downside is that I wished we'd discussed the stains that didn't come out and potential treatments while he was here on site. He also wears shoes while doing the cleaning but no I'll effects noted.

Great carpet cleaning service! The guy who came was very knowledgeable of all the carpet services and very efficient. He was even sweet to my crazy puppy! Took care of any pet stained spots. There is zero odor during the process of the carpet solutions, safe for people and pets. I got the cleaning and sanitizing service covering some pet areas. No pet odors remained. It dried pretty quickly, within a few hours. I would use them again and definitely recommend to others. Thanks again for the great service!
