Mr. Christ was awesome with customer service. He came out at our request, measured windows well, made recommendations, and responded in a timely way with phone calls and texts. The order came in sooner than expected and he was ready to install right away. The installation went smoothly, they are sturdy and straight; he even took the old blinds out to the dumpster for me! And we love the product and how they elevate our space. I don't think we could be more pleased. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good "blind guy".

Jared made a housecall to repair the fraying continuous cord on our custom 8 foot dining room honeycomb pleated shade. We are grateful for his expertise and also his immediate inventory of parts. The cord diameter for replacement parts has changed since our installation in 2013, and the newer thinner cords supplied by current manufacturers don't fully engage the gears of our shade.
Not only did Jared immediately diagnose the situation but he also happened to have an older larger diameter cord in his inventory! His charges are very reasonable. He efficiently changed out the fraying cord, and he saved us $$$$ if we would have needed to replace the shade!
