Services
Drain Cleaning
Our drain cleaning service removes clogs and buildup using hydro jetting and motorized snakes. We address slow drains, foul odors, and backups caused by grease, hair, or tree roots. Serving residential and commercial properties across Oahu, our technicians use video inspections to identify blockages and apply appropriate solutions. This prevents water damage, reduces odors, and maintains proper drainage systems for homes and businesses in Honolulu and surrounding areas.
Hydro Jetting
Hydro jetting clears stubborn blockages with high-pressure water streams up to 4,000 PSI. This method removes grease, mineral deposits, and tree roots from pipes without chemicals. We use it for sewer lines, kitchen drains, and outdoor systems across Oahu. The process includes pre-inspection to assess pipe condition, ensuring safe application for PVC, copper, or cast iron systems while maintaining environmental responsibility.
Emergency Plumbing
Our 24/7 emergency service addresses burst pipes, severe leaks, and complete drain blockages requiring immediate attention. With strategically located service vans across Oahu, we guarantee arrival within 60 minutes. Technicians handle water damage prevention, temporary fixes, and complete repairs for residential and commercial clients. This service includes after-hours availability without additional surcharges for Honolulu and surrounding areas.
Cartridge Replacement
We replace faulty faucet and shower cartridges causing leaks, temperature fluctuations, or handle issues. Our technicians service all major brands including Moen, Delta, and Kohler. The process involves identifying cartridge type, removing old components, and installing new seals. This service restores proper water flow, prevents waste, and extends fixture lifespan for homes across Oahu's diverse plumbing systems.
Sewer Line Repair
We repair damaged sewer lines using traditional and trenchless methods. Services include root intrusion removal, pipe relining, and complete replacements. Our diagnostics use camera inspections to identify cracks, offsets, or collapses in underground systems. We specialize in minimizing landscape disruption while restoring proper drainage for residential properties and commercial establishments throughout the island.

Jack was really great! He was very quick to respond. He called me back within an hour of my inquiry and was able to come first thing in the morning for a diagnostic and quote. I had several issues that needed repair and he was able to get it all done the next day! I didn't shop around for quotes because I was more concerned about getting the work finished ASAP but I felt the pricing was very fair, especially after seeing how intentive the work was. Highly recommend!

Honest work - Jack came over to inspect my leaking faucet and then proceeded to call around for the replacement part. Jack found it locally, but notified me that the price the local distributors were asking wasn't in line with expectations and recommended I ordered online instead as it would be much cheaper ($200 locally vs $55 online). Instead of performing a quick job, Jack had the customers best interest in mind. I will use Jack and his team going forward, thanks again!

I had a galvanized drain pipe that severely corroded and started to leak. Jack was upfront with his estimate. Of course after that was repaired we discovered another issue connected to that run. He had to come back another day to get new parts to fix the other problem. Throughput the entire process, Jack and his assistant were personable yet highly professional, and did a great job. His communication is excellent and he was on time. Highly recommended.

My parents had a plumbing issue in their apartment that led to a leak in a neighbors home that couldve caused significant damage but the men at Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad came out late on a Friday evening to assess the problem and came right back early Saturday morning to fix it right away! Very prompt & professional. We appreciate their service and putting us as a priority!
