This was our third time with EcoTech and I highly recommend them! Robert was professional, prompt, and provided confirmation and clear explanations prior to his arrival via email. When Robert arrived, he assessed the rooms, and I was able to discuss my concerns such as pet-stained areas. The carpets now look amazing! We scheduled Robert from Ecotech to clean soiled carpets and ceramic tile areas and were very pleased with his services. After he finished, the carpet was so clean people asked if we installed new carpeting. He brought tired, matted carpet back to life. For comparison, last year we had just one room cleaned by a large competitor. Robert finished 2 carpeted rooms, stairs and hall in the same amount of time and for a similar cost that the competitor charged to clean one room. In past, it would take me 2 days on my hands and knees to clean our ceramic tile. Robert cleaned the tiles in minutes. His pricing is very reasonable. I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning service provided by Ecotech. We had several stains on our living room carpet mostly from our dog when she was a puppy and from a few drink spills. Very impressed with the workmanship of this company. My children spilled a whole glass of the scented wax on the carpet. It was completely gone when I came back after the carpet cleaning and at least three spots of slime were fixed and virtually All of the stains gone. Very reasonably priced, I would highly recommend Ill be using them again!!

Our daughter and her roommate were moving out of their apartment and we needed to find a company to clean the apartments carpet. Robert responded quickly with an estimate that matched other companies and he was able to do the job on the day we needed it done. The apartment was on the second story and not easily accessible from a parking spot, and his equipment did not quite reach from his van through the front door and up to the apartment. We asked the apartment office if he could park on the lawn for accessibility but he was not allowed to, but he figured out he could get the equipment into the apartment through he balcony doors. There were carpet stains we had tried to get out using store bought products, but they didnt compare to how brand new the carpet looked after Robert cleaned it. He was also running ahead of schedule that day and gave us a call to see if he could come earlier than our scheduled time which worked out great. He was fast, professional, and friendly and our family highly recommends his service if you need your carpets cleaned!

EcoTech Carpet Clean were very responsive when I initially reached out for a quote and were able to get me on the schedule quickly. They answered all my questions along the way and day of walked me through the process. They cleaned all the carpets in our house with the pet treatment and deodorizer. One of our rooms we may need to actually repair the rug pad under the carpet due to our dog which they gave us recommendations for that step should we move forward. They are fantastic! Had my carpets and my couch cleaned today! They were very patient with me when I called to ask questions about their services before scheduling, when scheduling they got me in pretty quickly and even arrived earlier than expected for our appointment! The gentlemen that came was so nice, he was efficient, and he was quick, I was definitely impressed with how quickly he was able to do everything and how great it all looked when he was finished! I came home to very clean & fresh smelling carpet. We had some stubborn stains, and Robert took care of them, and now they're gone. I was absolutely blown away by Robert's work! I have carpets that were heavily stained from years of pets, wine glass mishaps, etc. I honestly thought they were beyond repair, but wanted to give professional cleaning a try to see if it would help. Our kitchen ceramic tile floors had years of buildup and darkened grout, and I hired EcoTech to clean them. I had no hope of visible improvement but thought maybe they could lift surface dirt to make it better. The results are astonishing!!
