They're very personalized. Hi-Gene's is very personalized. I'm not just another number when I call them. There are cleaning companies all over the place and they just outshine everybody else. Honestly I think what sets them above and beyond everybody else is my rep. She's the best person.

I think what sets them apart is their customer service. If we have comments or thoughts and ideas about how to change the service, or different needs that we have, they're always willing to change and meet our needs.

Hi-Gene's overcame a lot of problems we were having with our previous vendor by having a great plan for a takeover of the buildings. They blitzed the buildings and really cleaned in depth with a crew of about 20 to 30 people. They clean for sanitation and for sterilization and not just appearance and that is a unique skill to do that. We've actually had a few other hospitals call us asking for a reference for Hi-Gene Janitorial and I've been very enthusiastic to recommend them.
