SCV Cleaning began as a subsidiary to the AQMS Mayflower moving company here in Santa Clarita. We noticed the growth of the trash-out industry that resulted from the foreclosures that were frequently hitting the market and the conditions that these homes were being left in. We decided to start a cleaning company that can do the trash-outs; we already had the necessary crews and equipment, after all. We have a great staff who would love to do the work, as well as the trucks to take away the trash.

Though we started with the idea of doing real estate trash-outs, eventually we thought of diversifying ourselves so that we can provide more services to the general public. This led us to offer other services such as carpet cleaning, residential housekeeping, and general maintenance for property preservation. Carpet cleaning in particular we thought was a really great idea because we have personally had an experience wherein we were very much taken advantage of by a carpet cleaner. SCV Cleaning, like our parent company, is family owned and operated. Honesty in business is very important to us. We established our company to help other families like us by providing services we know we can guarantee, and market with confidence.
