Bob Rogers

Managing Partner

Bob Rogers handles scheduling, billing, sales, and client services at Apex. He founded Janicare, Inc., a major janitorial and industrial maintenance company, in 1978. Janicare provided cleaning services to large companies, multi-family clients, and government agencies.
