If an outside contractor is required, they know who to call to facilitate the necessary repair.

I can't speak as a customer because I'm from out of town. However the owner came to my families aid when we were stranded at a gas station with a bad alternator. He went above and beyond and I can only assume he runs his business with the same care and kindness.
