After my aunt passed. My sister and I hired Extended Arms Cleaning Company to declutter her home (she was a hoarder) and they did an amazing job. Nancie took control of the job and made sure the work was done right and I can't believe, "I can actually see the dining room table set from my childhood now" Awesome company, Great people!

I had a specific request to deep clean my freezer because the previous tenant left food in there when the electricity was shut off. Extended Arms somehow got the terrible rot smell out of the freezer! Great price for great work.

I called them on Saturday morning and they came out the same day for an estimate and immediate service. The three-man team did a phenomenal job on the residential deep cleaning service. They cleaned base boards, window seals, doors, floors, ceiling fans, vents and much more. It was Worth it! I don't know where to start, but I can honestly say I am excited to have found this cleaning company online. I was in a last minute closing on my home and the cleaning company I had scheduled to come out called at the last minute and cancelled. By it being on a Saturday it was hard to find someone to come out. I saw this company profile gave them a call and immediately the manager or boss was at my house to give me a price.

It is such a pleasure to have extended arms come to our house every other week to clean! They are wonderful with our rambunctious dogs, and they leave our place shining and smelling great. I like that I can trust them with our pups while we are away, and know that they will do a great job cleaning the house.

Just as important to me as the fact that the cleaning service was fantastic was the fact that the customer service was BEYOND amazing. The coordinators replied promptly to my emails and carefully addressed our needs. They cleaned a unit we are managing from another city and we needed some extra things done. They were amazing - responsive, helpful, and did everything they were able to do to help us with our property. They did an amazing job cleaning (the most important thing of course)! It was spotless when they were done!

Apartment Complex: After going through so much. We cleaned the place twice and the apartment manager insisted on telling us that it was not up to their expectations, so we had to hire someone to come in to clean in order to get our deposit back. We called this company, they came out, cleaned the apartment, invoiced us and we finally got closure and our deposit back.

We set up an appointment to meet. They made the appointment on time and I hired them the same day. I was asked to leave a review but I waited until now. This company is very caring. This is their fourth bi-weekly visit at my home and I really love the way they clean and be willing to assist me with help. I recommend this company.

We've had two cleaning sessions and I'm very happy with the service. I've used them for our office which is 740 sq feet. Two people for 5.5hrs and they get everything needed done. What I love about this service is that they cover everything. I dislike it when cleaning services spend too much time on one area - either costing more to complete, or ending up with areas untouched.

These guys know how to balance their time on different areas. We're now going to use them for our apartment. With respect to the hit and miss reviews - when booking follow-up sessions you can choose to have the same people. During our first session 3 people turned up instead of 2. I'm good with that because it just means everything gets done more quickly.

Today 2 people showed up much earlier than scheduled - but they called well in advance asking if this was ok. Their communication is outstanding. And I can't help but feel that by being flexible with them, they will be flexible with me should the need arise in the future. Highly recommended from someone who is extremely fussy when it comes to cleaning.
