Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction process lifts deep dirt and allergens from carpets using 80% less water. The carbonation acts like club soda to break down grime, which is then extracted for a healthier, residue-free clean. Carpets dry in hours, not days, minimizing disruption for homeowners.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) destroys urine crystals at the molecular level using UV detection and targeted application. The 24-36 hour reaction eliminates odors permanently, preventing re-soiling and restoring carpet hygiene. Safe for homes with children and pets.
Area Rug Cleaning
Specialized cleaning for synthetic, wool, cotton, and silk rugs preserves colors and fibers. Our low-residue process removes allergens and dirt while protecting dyes. Includes inspection, spot treatment, and protective barrier application to extend rug lifespan.
Wood Floor Cleaning
Non-toxic solutions and counter-rotating brushes clean hardwood and engineered floors without water damage. Minimal moisture prevents warping, while polish adds a protective shine. Removes grime, allergens, and smoke residue for safer, longer-lasting surfaces.
Granite Renewal
Four-step process cleans, seals, and polishes granite countertops to restore luster. Non-abrasive solutions remove buildup without damaging sealants. Sealer application prevents future staining, while polishing enhances appearance for kitchens and bathrooms.
Questions

How does your carbonation process work?

Can you remove pet urine odors?
Yes, our P.U.R.T. treatment eliminates pet urine odors at the molecular level, not just masks them.
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
Our solutions contain no harsh soaps or chemicals and are safe for families and pets after drying.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Carpets dry in 1-2 hours due to our low-moisture carbonation method, compared to 1-2 days for steam cleaning.

If you are clumsy and spill coffee on your spotless carpeting, call Eric and Nova Clean. What an awesome guy! He actually picked up his phone when we called and came out to service our mistake in seven hours. He is in different areas every day and fortunately he was in Naperville and could fit us in after dinner. OMG he was patient, thorough, and took care to protect the floors. The spot and carpet look awesome! We cant thank Eric enough for his extremely fast service. Have a great Christmas Nova Clean. God Bless!

Hired Eric from Nova Clean to clean up after one of our employees moving a customer out of a home that was closing the next day. Eric arranged for a 5am (yes, 5am) cleaning for the next day and in less than 24 hours crisis averted. Taking this job last minute less than 24 hours out helped us give our customer good service so I appreciate them coming in clutch!

A week before we closed on our condo we determined we would be keeping the bedroom carpeting instead of replacing it. I called Eric to see if it was possible to work us into his schedule before we moved in the week after we closed. He was very professional and worked us into his schedule the day we needed the carpet cleaned. He showed up on time, was friendly, and was very professional. The carpets looked amazing after he was done. We would highly recommend him and Nova Clean Chem-Dry to clean your carpets.

As the other reviews indicated, Eric B is professional, remembers what good old-fashioned quality, customer service means, is responsive, and most accommodating. I am referring him out to R/E "flippers" because he is someone who meets the very definition of "achievement and success as a matter of personal pride."
