I had a corroded drain pipe leaking inside my bathroom wall. Fortunately, a family member recommended Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning to me. I called them and they sent an experienced plumber who was prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgable and dedicated to thoroughly fixing the problem without any unnecessary costs to me. I could not be happier with the quality of his work and the price the company charged for a service call, parts, and labor! If I ever need another plumber, I will call AP&AC and I won't hesitate to recommend them to others in need of a reputable plumbing company!

Our A/C stopped working today when it was 106 outside, and with a newborn at home, we needed some quick help.

Mike H. came to the rescue, promptly identifying the issue with our damper. He quickly went to get the necessary part from the warehouse, installed it, and clearly explained each step.

My wife and I greatly appreciated Mike's professionalism and friendly attitude. Thanks to him, our little one will sleep comfortably in a cool room tonight! Highly recommend!

Matt came by to assess whether an access panel could be cut into a jetted tub as recommended by a home warranty companys plumber. Matt took a look at the situation and recommended putting in Delta cartridges and doing a good clean. I about fell out over the cost of cartridge replacement; however the faucet hasnt leaked since.

I called to get a second opinion on finding a leak. They sent someone in less than an hour! Ace/Alex showed up, and Im so thankful he was assigned to our home. He was very hospitable, extremely knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to go through the whole house and explained our issue.

I am writing a review to praise Active Plumbing but especially the technician sent, Ace. When I called to detail how I was receiving an excessive water bill both the operator and scheduling manager were both aghast at the amount I was charged by the water district and expressed a desire to get this resolved. They reacted as human beings which I truly appreciate.

However it was when Ace arrived that I felt I was truly in good hands. He spent well over six hours at my home walking the entire property and checking every possible water ingress point. When I said I didn't have need for him to check one bathroom he said "I know if I don't check it out I'll be thinking about it tonight." This was a man who cared both about his job, his craft and his level of service. I told him that customer service is a dying art but he certainly should be proud of his. I cannot recommend this company or this plumber enough.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Active Plumbing! Firstly, Justin came, assessed the problem and provided me a better solution and estimation than their competitor.

I was clearly informed about an alternative solutions, financial aspects, warranty, the whole process - at what time I might expect the team to come every day, when water would be shut down etc.

The quality of their work was outstanding. The repair was carried out efficiently. What really stood out was their attention to details and commitment to ensuring everything was working perfectly before leaving (the area around the house looked like there was no repair at all!).

Got appointment with Active Plumbing within two hours of calling about my Luke warm "hot" water. Brandon, my service tech, called to let me know he would arrive in 10 minutes. He was very polite, personable & patient, & listened to my hot water heater issues without interruption. Brandon then flushed out my water heater, explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Then he noticed my pilot light was out & showed me how to relight. He then asked me a few questions about my hot water heater & suggested I get a magnesium anode rod to prolong the life of the heater. Brandon explained in detail what the benefits of the rod were. I asked for the price estimate & when I said it might be too expensive, he offered to call office & ask for a discount. We discussed a little more about the necessity of switching out the rod & then Brandon went to purchase it. He called again when he was within 10 minutes of arriving. He replaced the rod quickly; we were both shocked at how corroded the old old was, so good thing it was replaced. Brandon talked to me about the maintenance program Active Plumbing had; I said I would think about it. He wrote my bill up. I was able to charge to my credit card. Brandon put a service reminder sticker on my heater for me & I had hot running water again, all within just 3 hours of my initial call to Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Very satisfied with Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning, & even more satisfied with their service tech, Brandon. Thanks, Brandon!

Marko was excellent! Very professional by introducing himself with a handshake, showed me the condition of the rod (love being educated and shown), and answered my questions. I manage Customer Feedback for a large Hawaii bank so I appreciat this level of service and experience. I expect that all reps for this company are the same. Definitely will work with Marco again!

They came out right away as I needed and got the job done. Very satisfied both plumbers very friendly I will use them again and their information went right in my contacts. A tech came to my house within a couple of hours on a Saturday! TL was the tech and not only he repaired my AC quickly, he also had great customer service. He wore boot covers to get in my house and locked the gate for me before leaving. The price was reasonable, especially for a Saturday call. Thank you!

Shawn and the team did a great job for us. We had a 24 year old AC compressor that died. We called and talked to a few different companies and Shawn did a great job presenting their install care, value offering, and warranty plans. After chatting with Shawn for a bit, we decided that replacing the entire system was the right call since the whole system was so old and had been acting up a lot over the last couple of years.

They had the unit installed a couple days later and now our house is livable again. Thanks to Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning for a fast, great job for our install!

We had a great experience with Active Plumbing. Our house had a pipe leak and Marko was able to come to our house and give us an estimate on the repair and also recommended an entire re-piping of the house. He thoroughly explained in detail what the process would be like in fixing the entire piping system in the house. We decided to repair the entire house. Very prompt service; called and a plumber (Marko) arrived within 1 hour! Marko quickly assessed the issue and had it resolved quickly - he even went above and beyond and cleaned up some pipe work that was done by a previous company (unfortunately, we have so many issues with the water). Active is our go-to going forward (although, hopefully we will not need their services too often :D).

Great customer service. They came in to evaluate and next thing you know the next day my new A/C system was installed. Days later I was having floor leaks and apparently the pvc was cracked at the time of installation due to being so old but as soon as I called they came in the next day replaced/fixed it. If you ask they will explain every detail or concerns that you have. Shawn ensures that everything is completed properly and in timely manner. | 100% recommend.

I am so happy to recommend Active Plumbing!! We needed a plumber this Christmas Eve to replace a hot water heater. Active Plumbing was called and after they asked a few questions about the problem and what would be needed the plumber arrived. Plumbers name is Ace Palmer and he was so detailed in everything he did!
Bottom line - Ace Palmer drained the old hot water heater, after taking old tank out he swept the floor before putting the new one back in!! Ace explained everything that he was doing and if I had any questions he answered my questions and made sure I understood the answers!!
Again, if you need a plumber for your house or any company in need of a plumber you should call Active Plumbing!!

Fast and professional service. The company quickly sent out the techs that we needed the same day (rather than trying to book us days out). Terry was extremely informative and detailed in his explanation of what was happening with our HVAC unit and tips to assure its working properly. Excellent service. I called about a heating problem, and within an hour, the tech was at our door ready to help. T.L. was thorough. He explained what he was doing and took the time to ensure we understood why the problem occurred and how to prevent the issue from happening again. I was informed of additional services they offer, but not pressured into buying anything extra, which was refreshing. He answered all of my questions with honesty and professionalism.
