I called Monster Steamer based on Yelp reviews. Ludo and Joe (?) did a great job, were on time (actually came EARLY, but called ahead) finished very quickly and all for a very reasonable price. I have used the same carpet cleaner for years, but now I'm changing to Monster steamer.

Ludo is the best! The years-old carpet looks great after Monster Steamer made them look brand new. He even came back to touch up a pet stain that needed an extra scrub on a separate day! I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Monster Steamer on both occasions and plan to continuing working with them. They offer military discounts and return customer discounts as well. They can access condos or apartments that do not have access to a water spigot for they equipment (at a cost). They also offer ventilation and furnace cleaning which is good practice as a homeowner. Quality work to which they care about - there was a coffee stain on the carpet that didn't come out on their first attempt and after speaking with them they came right back and corrected it for free! Highly recommended.
