Joey and his wife, Shari, began Trinity Cleaning Care LLC a little over 2 years ago with the vision of creating a different kind of cleaning company, one that has a primary focus, not on the quantity of accounts, but on the quality of the work. With one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the business, Joey, formerly in full time ministry for over five years, received his bachelor degree at Southeastern University, in Lakeland, FL and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Lipscomb University, in Nashville, TN. Joey enjoys reading, camping, fishing, and dates with his wife.
Shari Ebach
Head Of Training & Owner
Shari, with her husband Joey, launched Trinity Cleaning Care LLC a little over 2 years ago with the hope of doing the cleaning business differently. Much of this begins with rigorous training for our employees, which Shari oversees. Shari received her bachelor degree in Psychology at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL, and before starting with TCC she worked as a social worker in various hospitals. Shari is also an avid blog writer, with her blog "After the Vow: where 'I do' is just the beginning." In it she discusses recipes, ideas for dating your husband, and Christian devotionals. Shari enjoys baking, camping, exercising, and cooking for her husband.
Todd Ebach
Business & Marketing Manager & Co-owner
Todd is a recent addition to the Trinity Cleaning Care team. As a former Mortgage Banker, Financial Planner, and Entrepreneur, Todd brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to the TCC Team. After working in Mortgage Banking for 15 years, he decided he wanted to begin his own business and started a carpet cleaning company in Florida, which became very successful. Todd, his wife, Collette, and their daughter Kaitlyn, who was adopted from China, sold the business recently and relocated here to the Nashville area. Todd will often be the first face you see because he oversees initial customer consultations. Todd enjoys camping, fishing, cooking, and spending time with his family.
